Paseo por la selva tropical de Río Un tour inolvidable en bicicleta de montaña

Absolutely beautiful! I have to admit I was a little scared of riding a bike, especially near cars and on uphill sections, but the guide made me feel completely safe. He knows so much about the city and the forest, and I learned a lot throughout the tour. The views are stunning, and we saw so many beautiful birds along the way, we went to Paineiras and Mirante Dona Marta, Toucans are even more beautiful in real life. A 10/10 experience. I would recommend it to anyone who enjoys a bit of adventure, incredible scenery, and a great workout!

This MTB trip was a wonderful experience. Michael welcomed us with a coffee and a small breakfast because we were about half an hour early. The bikes were very good quality and maintained very well. With the MTB tour itself we made multiple stops on locations with super nice views. The nice thing about this is that the average tourist will not see these spots and you can take pictures without being in a hurry. While making these stops, Michael also took his time to teach us about Rio and its history. I especially liked to hear about how Rio developed into the city that it is today. The riding itself was also very nice, especially if you like a little bit of a physical challenge. The best part of the ride is the reward of going downhill in the end. Overall this was a five star experience for me and I would recommend it to all my friends!

Amazing experience. Some parts are a little bit steep but you do the tour at your own pace and you take a break whenever you want. The views are very rewarding and Michael gives a lot of interesting information along the tour.

Michael is a great and chill guide. If you want to experience actually being in the park and getting the best views in all of Rio, I would do this.

This was hands down one of the highlights of our entire trip to Rio. Michael took us on an incredible mountain bike ride through Tijuca Forest, the world’s largest urban rainforest, and the experience was magical from start to finish. The ride itself is a real workout, with a challenging climb that pushes you, but the reward is absolutely worth it. We were treated to truly unique panoramic views of Rio that you simply cannot get anywhere else. The descent back down was pure joy and an adrenaline rush we will not forget. What truly made this experience special was Michael himself. He is warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about Rio. Throughout the ride, he taught us so much about the fascinating history of the city and the forest, and he let us set our own pace so we never felt rushed. The bikes were top quality and well maintained, which made a real difference on the trails. If you want to see a side of Rio that goes beyond the typical tourist circuit, this is the experience to book. We had an absolutely amazing time with Michael. We met him in the forest at the visitor center, and we had an amazing 4-hour cycle through the national park. In the forest we went past waterfalls, saw the monkeys, amazing views. It was an absolutely amazing and once-in-a-lifetime experience. We are so grateful that we managed to do this, and thank you so much to Michael. He's an absolutely great host, very trustworthy, very safe, and very responsive on WhatsApp. I would not hesitate to recommend anybody who's in Brazil for a holiday and wants to make the most of their time there. Had an amazing time with Michael cycling through the Tijuca Forest, full recommendation. We forgot our binoculars but Michael had some so we could spot birds and monkeys on the way. He also gave valuable tips for hiking up to Christo Redentor (take the Carioca Trail, not the beaten path from Lage Park) and other spots around the Tijuca. Bikes+helmets were included and in good shape. My watch said 30km with almost 700m elevation so its quite a bit of climbing but fully worth it.
