It was a lovely experience and it was all very well organized. The plus was that we saw the fountain show twice. Once when we were waiting for the boat (which gave us front row view from a great spot which was amazing) and a second time from the boat from the other side of the fountains. I have to say that the view whilst waiting for the boat was better than on the boat though. On the boat you are very close to the fountains which means that you lack overview a little. But all in all al lovely experience that I would certainly recommend.

to find out specific location of meeting point as the mall is miles long. i couldn't walk that far they need to tell u which entrance to come in
Dear All. The instruction are dually noted in the booking details online as well as the actual entry ticket. However we accept that Dubai Mall is really big and the best thing is to ask the support Staff available in everywhere in the mall for help.

Ride was short and good. However the experience to get printed ticket wasn’t good. There was no indication that we need to get the tickets printed from a counter inside the Dubai mall. When we directly went to the ride location we were informed . So had to get back search for counter, stand in long line to get this tickets printed. Viator or operator should inform this clearly upfront to avoid wasting 30 mins time .
