We had a great tour with our guide Gotham today in Amritsar! He told us s lot about the city's history, helped us figure out where many sights are around the Golden Temple, and walked us through many side streets and back alleys we never would have seen otherwise, showing us examples of old temples, architecture and important locations in Amritsars history.
Having Gautum by my side and Raj hooking it up with all my personal rides to/from the airport made this a 10/10 experience. Gautum gave me the most authentic experience at the Golden Temple, the Wagah Border and more. Could not have had a better time or felt safer as a solo female American traveler. I miss them already!! If you find yourself in Amritsar, you must book with Raj and Gautum!!
Excellent experience Worth it Must try to experience the local flavour Our guide Mr Hardik was very good Would strongly recommend
We started the tour early due to time constrains as a result the street were bit empty and easy to walk freely and more time to talk and listen the Guide for her through knowledge of each and every road which had some sort of history behind it . I recommend this tour for those like to know Amritsar and the history behind it
Great guide, wonderful walk through hidden gems of the old city. Prarit was engaging and knowledgeable.
Prarit was very helpful and excellent. He coordinated the entire experience very well in advance and we are really happy with the way they dealt with it all! We hired him again for a tour in the afternoon as we were so impressed with a short tour in the morning! It was all well worth it!
It was great experience.Guide and company support system was so helpful.Guide shows us hidden gems of Amritsar. We love this walk.
This was an excellent way to see, experience and learn about the fascinating city of Amritsar. Our guide was extremely knowledgable and enthusiastic about his city and taught us about the history, religion, philosophy and spirituality of the city. We saw places that we would never have seen on our own and got to taste some of the local delights on the way as well. The organisation and communication of the tour was also first class.
Mr Gurwinder was an excellent guide. His fund of knowledge about the history, culture, religion of Amritsar is matched only by his love of his city. We thoroughly enjoyed learning about Amritsar’s founding as a center of Sikhism, while we saw, heard, tasted and experienced all of the city.
Our trip provider Mr Gill was very knowledgeable about Amritsar, Golden temple and the Sikh religion. He came very highly recommended by a friend. He was extremely punctual and answered all our questions very patiently. The 4 am visit to the Golden Temple to see the Guru Granyh Sahib’s arrival on palki was a memorable one. We had a very detailed and satisfying trip around the temple with beautiful narration by Mr Gill. Also enjoyed visits to nearby jhaliyan Walk Bagh was very moving. We got to drive a tractor as part of a Punjabi village experience. Mr Gill did not push any local businesses on us. We also enjoyed a trip to Waghah border and he thanked an east entry and exit. His English was perfect and even though I speak fluent Hindi and understand it perfectly well, it wad comforting to have a fabblsvk language. I would recommend him to other visitors.
