We were a family of nine. The ride across the water was a nice surprise with coffee and snack cakes. The balloon pilot was excellent. It was a beautiful morning and it was great to see all the other balloons. We saw a lot of things from the air that we had seen on ground tours so it was a nice way to end our trip to Luxor. The only problem was that the tour was advertised as starting with a 6:30 pickup. I received a notice on what's app that we would be picked up at 5:45 a.m. Okay- 9 people made that adjustment. We were in the lobby of our hotel right on time and, surprisingly, were somewhat reprimanded by the person picking us up because he had been waiting since 5:15. Then we drove to two other hotels, presumably to pick up other guests. I think one group did not show up. The wait at both hotels was quite long. I understand that mapping out an efficient route to get all customers is a challenge but keeping 9 people (including four kids) in a van for nearly an hour is not a good idea. The balloon ride was a 5 star experience but dealing with tour operator was a disappointing challenge.
I have received good service from it, and will recommend it to my neighbors. Thanks everyone again and again.$

The company we booked with didn't consider that we were going to board the balloon in Luxor, which made us very upset, but we did search the global site tripadvisor,We found the company in the proposals and looked at the flights and found the balloon experience at an excellent price and immediately we booked my husband and I..It was one of the best experiences in Luxor..Keep going, you're the best. I recommend you try it

Actually, I didn't know the booking system was online now..My friends and I were in Luxor, and we saw a Program TripAdvisor and we looked for a balloon ride, and this program was proposed to us by this company..Thanks for the progress you are now and the balloon experience with Hazem is more than wonderful
