Amazing gondola experience! The company is very nice. Our Gondola driver was absolutely fantastic and gave us details of Venice even though he didn’t have to! It is absolutely beautiful and definitely worth it!

During our gondola ride they were not able to go under the bridge of sighs but they gave us a nice little ride. Half was on the sea side the other half was in a canal. Our Gondolier was talking more to other Gondoliers that we passed more than engaging with us.
Was very uneventful, no character and the experiece was suppose to go under bridge of soul and did not, Also no disclaimer on stepping into some water to get into the boat at the entry. I would not recommend or use this service again.
We booked the bridge of sighs gondola experience but never got this we went past police station and restaurant when we advised that we did not book this we were told it’s because of the tide ? But all other gondolas were doing this except our one I have photos that other gondolas were doing this at this time also When we arrived to get on our gondola the man said he’s had enough and not doing anymore ???
Terrible! We were not able to go on the experience due to a change of plans that happened less than 24 hours from the trip. I went to the gondola office a half hour before the boat ride. I wanted to give the ride to some friends who could have gone on the ride, but I wasn't allowed to transfer the experience to them. Instead, I was supposed to contact Viator to get a refund. The Viator site was not user friendly, and I was in Europe on a cruise, so I couldn't call to speak to someone about why I wasn't able to take the boat ride. I was super upset by the whole experience, especially since I could not gift the ride to someone else. I lost $192 over all of this! I can't believe that I had to waste the experience rather than share it with someone. Then, the refund experience was a mess online. I couldn't call. So disappointed! I have used Viator many times, but no more!

It was a nice, bucket list thing to do. You can't go to Venice and not take a gondola ride. But it wasn't as enchanting as I thought it would be. The canal was busy, too many boats at once, like bumper to bumper road traffic. Gondola operators were enjoying lots of fun banter between themselves, instead of any dialog with us. Maybe that's ok, but I just expected more. And for some reason it was hard to find. It was not in St Mark's Square.
Great trip, nice to see Venice from the canals. Impressive how well they maneuver the gondolas.
Don’t waste your money. There was no guide. The trip was short. We didn’t see much. Not worth $47.
