Our boat driver was so much fun. The van driver was safe. We rode to the arches and took lots of pictures. Great experience!

Not worth it…they are running multiple tours at once, so there is a lot of waiting around. The “glass bottom” boat had two small panels to look through and although there were beautiful fish, they were hard to see through the dingy glass. The boat ride was only about 30 minutes and then we were waiting in the heat with no shade and no seats for an hour for the shuttle to come back and get us to bring us back into Los Cabos. Town didn’t have much to offer either besides overpriced, cheap souvenirs. San Jose del Cabo was SO much nicer to visit.

We had an exceptional time on our tour. I loved that we were dropped off at Lovers Beach for an hour, given some history, and had a glass boat to see the fish. Our highlight was our van driver on the return trip. He was so much fun!

1. This is not a Glass Bottom boat. It was a normal boat with a 5’x2’ box with a plastic sheet at bottom. Everyone is supposed to see fish from that bottom one by one. 2. Shuttle that picked us up from hotel was not comfortable, bouncing lot, very very old van, no shocks? 3.. Viator mentioned that snacks and drinks will be provided but nothing was given when asked. 4. After 45 minutes of boat tour there was no activity. They just dropped off everyone in a store and asked to come back after an hour. 5. Definitely it is not worth money.

we did get to see the arch, it is what we wanted to do, cool seeing seals jump on the back of fishing boats for a feed, the glass bottom boat allowed to see many fish.

The shuttle drivers that took us there made us all want to get out. He was extremely reckless. Almost got in several accidents, almost hit a lady walking and would step on the gas just to slam on brakes. The boat ride was great though. We did have to split up our group between two boats but we all had fun. The “glass” bottom was two little windows in the middle of the boat, but we didnt really look through them much. They were nice to have though. The tour guide we had was great. He took everyone’s picture and was patient. He was kind and funny. The “shopping” was what I expected. They take you to the store they must have a contract with thats expensive with a bunch of small pushy shops (flea market) the “shopping” part needed to be shorter. We were all ready to go back, even decided to uber instead but couldn't figure out where pick up was.

Pedro is a rock star tour guide. What a great guy. So friendly, informative, thoughtful and all around gentleman. I would definitely get in his boat again next time. Awesome experience

I enjoyed my outing! I was expecting a glass bottom boat but was pleased with what I received. I would have enjoyed more time for the tasting and shopping but overall it was good.

Loved the boat tour. That and the transportation from San Jose made this a decent value. However, the rest of the trip was misleading and uneventful. We were not given a flexible schedule as advertised; nor were we given a handy overview tour of Los Cabos. Instead, we were twice dropped at the "Tequila Museum" which offered $8 bottles of water and other overpriced merchandise (everything in there could be found at a fraction of the cost within walking distance). We were given specific pick up times which allowed about 30 minutes at the tourist trap before the boat ride, and a little over an hour at the same tourist trap after the boat trip. We didn't stay there the second time. We had to go buy water and a snack. Snacks and bottled water were not included as advertised. With temperatures in the 90s, we asked about this and were told they we had to purchase our own from a local vendor. We said the tour description advertised, "Snacks and bottled water are included", but the guides insisted insisted this is not true. I also would not classify the "Tequila Museum" as offering "Tequila Tasting". After begging to try some of the brands they had for sale with initial interest in making a purchase, we were allowed to sample a few tequilas--poured at a fingernail's depth in a shot glass--barely a taste. When we saw how much more they wanted for tequila there compared to their neighbors, and without really knowing how it tasted with the few drops we were given to taste; we decided not to buy. As a comparison, the little tourist souvenir tequila packs they sold for $25 were $15 around the corner. The better brands were exponentially higher. If you want a good deal on transportation from San Jose and a glass bottom boat ride around the arch, you will get that. Don't expect anything else advertised.

At first I was a little disappointed with the tour company. They dropped us like hot potatoes at the Tequila factory. The guy who supposed to take us to the boat was upset because he said he’s not taking no one from there, that he was only dropping people there. We didn’t have no Tequila tasting or shopping time. After waiting for the same guy who took us to the marina to take the boat he was offering us a trip to La Paz out of the company. Of course we said no. He just took us to the marina and said wait here someone will come to take you. Fortunately a guy came to get us and he guides us to an old boat. I was a little bit in shock. But after I talk to the boat driver I was okay when he explained the pros of going with him on his boat. His name is Pedro he was an excellent guide. He’s very knowledgeable of the area and explain everything to a detail. I was very happy at the end. He also took lots of pictures of us with our phones. The best part was that we didn’t have to pay for our pictures. Like in the Camel ride. I fully recommend Pedro.
