These changes were communicated to operators at short notice, and we had to adapt the departure point accordingly. We did everything we could to operate the tours despite the circumstances and minimize the inconvenience for all our guests. We also apologize for the delay. The exceptional traffic on the water and the temporary port restrictions affected the timing of several departures that day. Our team kept providing updates because we truly expected the boat to arrive shortly, and we're sorry that the waiting time ended up being longer than anticipated. We would also like to clarify one point for future readers. The experience you booked was a shared sunset tour, not a private boat charter. On shared tours, seating is assigned to accommodate all guests safely. Of course, we completely understand that traveling with young children makes sitting together especially important, and we respect your decision not to board. We are sorry that this exceptional situation left you with such a negative impression of Orange Wave. Days like this are extremely rare, and they are certainly not representative of the experience we strive to provide to our guests every day.
