Lugares y horarios de recogida
Si su hotel no aparece en la lista, significa que necesita ir a un punto de encuentro especial, por favor háganos saber en qué hotel se va a alojar para que un representante de nuestra empresa se ponga en contacto con usted para indicarle el punto de encuentro y la hora de recogida. Este servicio tiene dos horarios diferentes, el primero es para un tour matutino y la recogida es en: ZONA CANCUN Y PLAYA DEL CARMEN entre 8:00 a 8:30 am, ZONA TULUM entre 7:00 a 8:00 am. Estaremos llegando al parque a las 9:30 am. La segunda es para un recorrido al medio día y la recogida es en: ZONA CANCUN Y PLAYA DEL CARMEN entre 12:00 a 12:30 Pm, ZONA TULUM entre 11:00 am a 12:00 pm. Estaremos llegando al parque a las 13:30 hrs. Los horarios varían de acuerdo al hotel, nuestro representante le indicará la hora exacta de recogida vía mail o vía mensaje de texto. Para los hoteles de Tulum y airbnbs el punto de encuentro especial será el Supermercado Super Aki Tulum en el centro de la ciudad. Por favor considere los horarios de transportación para su pick up y drop off.

Información importante
- Los viajeros deben tener al menos un nivel de condición física medio
- En caso de seleccionar una zona diferente a la de su hotel, deberá editar su reserva con la zona correcta (coste diferente) a través del motor de reservas.
- En caso de que alguien le ofrezca un upgrade plus antes de la fecha de su viaje por favor contacte con el departamento de atención al cliente.
- Sólo los adultos mayores de 18 años pueden conducir su propio ATV. Los menores de 17 años deben ir acompañados por un adulto.
- El límite de peso es de 270 libras para las tirolesas, 300 libras para los ATV y 220 libras para los paseos a caballo.
- Por medidas de seguridad, no se permite el uso de teléfonos móviles durante las actividades.
- Recomendamos llevar: muda de ropa, toalla, calzado cerrado, bañador, crema solar y repelente biodegradable, gafas de sol y pañuelos para el ATV.
- No recomendado para viajeros con problemas de espalda.
- No recomendado para mujeres embarazadas.
- No recomendado para viajeros con problemas de corazón u otras afecciones médicas graves.
- El seguro de la cuatrimoto esta incluido, no es necesario pagar extra

This was a lot of fun! The staff were friendly and had great energy. Everything ran smoothly from one activity to the next. We especially loved the photographer and the awesome shots he took of our group!

This was an awesome and amazing experience :) staff was amazing and knowledgeable :) Horseback riding was good, although I thought it was going to be more scenic, horses were wonderful :) only negative, Saddles were severely worn and uncomfortable. Next, we went to Cenote, OMG I still can't believe I dropped 20 feet backwards into that cold water LOL but it was an experience :) Next, we went to the ATVs, only negative ATVs were very worn, and the whole ride is rugged, but fun experience :) then it was off to Zip Lining great experience :) a little scary at first, but the staff was incredible and made it funny:) The tequila tasting was good, (if you're not used to drinking) prepare to be half lit LOL, the girl was very knowledgeable and funny :) enjoyed a little dance show and ate :) the photographer got great pictures and was very nice :) All in all, it was a wonderful experience and a lot of fun and will tire you out :)

This was an exciting adventure experience! Lisa and Angel were amazing! Lisa kept us laughing the entire time, and Angel took phenomenal pictures that we ended up purchasing for about $90. Also, shout out to Jorge, the driver who picked us up, for allowing us to change our drop off spot at the end, which was so much more convenient. It was a lot of activities for a great price. The only downside was rushing from one activity to the next, but during the actual activity itself there was no rushing. It was all about being safe and enjoying yourself. We would book another tour with this company 100% ❤️
