The hop on hop off service was very useful, especially considering that it was pouring with rain on the day we went. Nevertheless it gave us the opportunity to escape the rain, see the area and spend some time in the dry in the markets and the aquarium. The aquarium is great and worth a visit. It was easy to use this service and the staff were good.

Picked up at the cruise port. 7 stops we could get on & off as we liked, all day long. Very enjoyable. Drivers understood English.

The Hop-on Hop-off bus stops at multiple places, and usually twice as it turns around at the end point. Used it to go to Lemon Bay Beach as well as shopping at the mini mall.

The whole experience was top shelf, right from the booth, the representatives were extremely helpful. The bus drivers drove with care and skill and we only had to wait 15mins on 1 stop. Highly recommended using especially first time visitors.

The tours were good, both red and blue line. But the waiting times were a disaster, we waited up to an hour each for the bus. On the redline were 3 buses on the way and on the blue line 1!!!! Since 2 large cruise ships had just arrived, the buses were always full and no one got off.....

All our teams did their utmost to provide quality service. I would like to remind you that the ticket for this activity, which runs all day from 08:00 am to 3:00 pm, it's only $15 AUD / person with every 25-25mn buses turing. Hi Alan, when you booking online just show the picture or print your booking, it's impossible to check online on day. You see yerterday 7000 people's it's impossible to check on website your booking, you need to give or show your booking; Thank you soo much for your understanding. Cordially Lyvai
We booked this in advance through TripAdvisor. We were sent an e-ticket and told to look for the desk for Lyvai Tours to get our wristbands when we got off our ship. When we arrived, there were hordes of people either trying to buy tickets or do the same thing we needed to do. It was totally disorganized. We were told the manager was the only person who could process our tickets and we needed to wait for his arrival. At a certain point, the line was snaked around in the hot sun. At that point, we found out the manager had already arrived and he was selling new tickets and helping people who had arrived way after us. After we FINALLY got our wristbands, we had to walk a bit to find our bus. When we finally did, we got on and waited until the bus was packed with people, standing room only! By the way, this was a regular bus, not a two story Hop On/Hop Off type. They had those, run by a different company. There was barely any narration and the windows were hard to see out of on our bus. I DO NOT recommend this company!

Your cruise MS RIVERA arrived at a different time, and we had to quickly process all reservations within a limited timeframe. We did our best to ensure all our activities, both booked and unbooked, departed simultaneously. Thank you for your understanding, but it is not easy to manage everything at once when the cruise ship's arrival time has changed. All our teams did their utmost to provide quality service. I would like to remind you that the ticket for this activity, which runs all day from 11:00 am to 3:30 pm, it's only $15 AUD / person with every 25-25mn buses turing. I expected this bus to travel more than a couple of Km's before heading back to where we got on, I don't feel like it gave us a thorough look around Noumea and we did more on foot. If I had have known this I would have chosen a different tour option

These destinations include. We have 3 buses with special access to handicap people (access with whellchair) ➊ Nouméa's Morning Market, ➋ Port-Plaisance shopping mall, ➌ Lemon beach swimming & snorkeling, ➌ Lemon beach Restaurants & Cafés , ➍ Nouméa's Aquarium / 🍔Burger King ➎ McDonald's / WW2 Memorial. 2 of our green Hop-On Hop-Off buses are fully air-conditioned and wheelchair friendly. Our staff will unfold the ramp for the wheelchair to go up the bus. For the run trip nearly 20-25 on bus, It's impossible to walk around the whole area in 20 minutes; you'd need about 2 or 3 hours one way. Cordially Lyvai
As holidayers staying on the mainland, we were departing the town to return to our hotel. It’s a simple bus ride and no complaints about that. However dealing with staff trying to go home was terrible. I asked THREE TIMES what time the last bus was leaving to return TO the Aquarium near our hotel. We were told repeatedly it was 3.30pm. Carrying our shopping, we were at the meeting point before 3.30 just as a bus was leaving. The same man told me - no there are no more buses as the last bus was 3.30 FROM the Aquarium. Whilst it may have been a language difference and misunderstanding which can happen of course, the company representative was the rudest person I have dealt with on this Island. I reminded him that I had asked numerous times about departure TO the Aquarium and he told me 3.30 each time. He stated ‘Last pick up was 3.30. It is too bad, your cruise ship has already left anyway and I have no more buses for you.’ I said that we were going to the hotel (Aquarium stop) not the Cruise ship. He said ‘Well that’s your problem not mine’. The attitude was - ‘it’s the customer’s fault’ rather than saying ‘I’m sorry there was a misunderstanding’. The Manager was nearby and said nothing. Don’t expect this company to give an apology if something goes wrong. My daughters and I then had to carry our shopping in the sweltering heat, and try and find another method of transport, which took us almost an hour. Despite that experience other family members had an excellent experience hiring bikes with Amarent.

However, as indicated on your booking confirmation, you must go to the CRUISE SHIP TERMINAL to exchange your voucher for a bus ticket (Hop-on Hop-off)and also collect the voucher to admission and visit the Noumea Aquarium of Lagon.
