I bought the tour and they simply did not show up and did not give satisfaction. I contacted to get my money back and I'm waiting
The meeting point and time for tickets were not updated on the day. I also contacted the tour company several times via viator, but they never responded. No one actually came to pick me up on the day. Never sign up. It's a scam.

Whilst the weather is beyond anyone’s control the drive today 21 September 24 at 5am was horrific. you are told to be there at 4:30am, the guide only arrived at 4:50am. No indemnity firms were issued prior to the trip having booked online and that resulted in a delay to try and get indemnity forms and 18 people complete them with one pen. The weather was raining which was no problem except on the vehicle not one of the 13 roll up plastic windows could close as there were either no hooks or the elastic cable did not reach the few hooks there were. The back window had NO cover and thus seats for five people were sodden. 18 people but only six blankets available. The canvas roof provided no protection as it is completely porous as are the sides of the vehicle. Extreme discomfort whilst the guide happily sat and drove in front completely warm and dry. Inept service and a complete waste of the R 3000 paid because the vehicle was not at a minimum standard. Disgusting.
What a wonderful experience we had with Jabu on our game drive Saturday the 15th of June. He was exceptionally professional, punctual,patient and so informative. He really made our experience amazing more than we expected. We also saw all the big 5 and the experience was worth it. Thank you so much Jabu.

Oh Jabu my brother you will always be famous. Jabu was such an amazing driver. Paid attention to every surroundings and took the best routes for us to see all the Big 5 gang. He was so patient and when we wanted to give up and leave he still made sure that we see all the animals. Jabz is the best. Bless his soul
Izizwe Rainbow Tours hosted us on the KNP tour today. Their guide Jabu was amazing!!! His knowledge of animal behaviour was enthralling!!! We started our tour at 0600H and saw 4 of the big 5 by 1000H!!! Leopard, Rhino, Buffalo and Elephant all in a day's work!!! The guide was seriously concerned that we get the experience of a lifetime!!! The guide was so informative and caring. We recommend Izizwe Rainbow Tours!!!
