such a terrible tour!! the worst ive ever had! the car is extremely dirty and about to break into pieces (and it also did break on the way and we were stuck on the road for hours!! really wasting our time!!) such an embarrassment for me for choosing this tour for myself and my friends! i cant believe viator can provide such under-standard tour for customers! i completely lose trust in viator!!! and the tour provider were totally unresponsive when we asked them anything! “cruzeiro safari kenya” everyone should put this on the blacklist, anything worse than this is practically a scam!
Dear Pavarista, We are really disappointed in this review however, you are trustfully entitled to your point of view. everything was fine until upon pick you when you saw other tourist boarding a 4x wheel drive Landcruiser and you demanded that you want to go with a 4x4 wheel drive. The driver guide told you that being high season they are not available. Also, you had paid for a safari Minivan for safari. we agree the vehicle had a puncture when you were exiting the amboseli park for 30 minutes as the driver was changing the tyre. Tyre puncture cannot take hours on the way. There is a speed limit of 80kms. Remember he was stopped by Police because of speeding and we had also mentioned to the start the you have limited the time to 3pm to reach the airport. According to our tracker we see no where time was wasted. The game drives were excellent according to the driver guide you saw a lot of wildlife , you visit the masai boma as requested. there is no mention on the game drives on the review and even the hotel. Also, demanding the driver to bring the Mount Kilimanjaro so that you can see it and take photos was uncalled for, these are natural things and if its covered by clouds there is nothing anyone could you. Please next time Just agree to pay for a 4x4 wheel drive.
Just returned from an incredible adventure touring the national parks of Kenya and experiencing the wonders of Kenya's widelife. l spent 9 glorious days on safari, travelling up and down Kenya. Kenya is such a beautiful country along with it's contrasting landscapes, its people and the many wildlife . Seeing elephants, zebras, lions, flamingos, eagles, giraffes, wildebeest, hippos, and many more, was so amazing and particularly when you were able to see them so close up. Having the opportunity to visit a Masai village and being welcomed into their homes, was a lifetime experience which cannot be expressed in words. This was a lifetime experience which l will not forget. I have truly fallen in love with Kenya and plan to return in the near future. What an incredible holiday and one not to be missed.
