Te dejaré en todos los monumentos, te esperaré después de cada visita, y te llevaré a la siguiente ubicación. No imponemos un límite de tiempo para la visita de cada monumento, dependerá de ti. El Monasterio de Santa Maria da Vitória, también llamado Monasterio de Batalha, es sin duda una de las obras más bellas de la arquitectura portuguesa y europea. Este conjunto arquitectónico excepcional resultó del cumplimiento de una promesa hecha por el rey D. João I, en agradecimiento por la victoria en Aljubarrota, batalla librada el 14 de agosto de 1385, que aseguró el trono y garantizó la independencia de Portugal. Las obras tuvieron una duración de más de 150 años, a través de varias fases de construcción. Esta duración justifica la existencia, en sus propuestas artísticas, de soluciones góticas manuelinas (predominantes) y una breve nota renacentista. Se introdujeron varias adiciones en el proyecto inicial, lo que resultó en un vasto conjunto monástico que actualmente cuenta con una iglesia, dos claustros con dependencias y dos panteones reales, la Capilla del Fundador y las Capillas Imperfectas. Monumento Nacional, parte de la Lista del Patrimonio Mundial definida por la UNESCO, desde 1983.

El Santuario de Fátima, titulado por la Iglesia Católica como Santuario de Nuestra Señora del Rosario de Fátima, es un santuario mariano dedicado a Nuestra Señora de Fátima, ubicado en Cova da Iria, en la ciudad de Fátima. El Santuario de Fátima es, por excelencia, un lugar de peregrinación cristiana y devoción católica, conservando la memoria de los hechos que llevaron a su fundación, a saber, las apariciones de Nuestra Señora a los tres pastores - Lúcia dos Santos, Francisco y Jacinta Marto - en 1917 Su magnitud y relevancia desde un punto de vista religioso ha sido ampliamente reconocida a nivel nacional e internacional. También es uno de los santuarios marianos más importantes del mundo y un importante destino internacional para el turismo religioso, recibiendo alrededor de seis millones de visitantes al año. Fue distinguido con tres rosas de oro papales y recibió la visita de los papas Paulo VI (1967), João Paulo II (1982, 1991 y 2000), Benedicto XVI (2010) y Francisco (2017). Su construcción se inició en 1919.

We used Antonio twice during our stay and found him to be excellent. He went over and above to assist us in every way. His tours were amazing showing us areas not on the typical tourist map. His vehicle was comfortable and he supplied water bottles all day. He was very generous with his time and best of all pointed out bathroom stops at every sight we visited. 10/10 for us!

We did a shorter tour, but that was the charm of it, that we took our time for each place we were at. Antonio was a great guide, and the organization was impeccable. A particularly nice surprise was the local restaurant recommended by Antonio for lunch. Many thanks to Antonio for an unforgettable tour! I recommend 101%

Omg. The entire day was amazing. Antonio, our guide was so kind and knowledgeable. He made the day very special. The gardens with Buddha are just spectacular. The caves are unbelievable. I would highly highly highly recommend this tour with Antonio. Please request him.

We had a wonderful full day trip with Antonio. Due to forest fire warning in the area we couldn’t do the planned trip, but luckily Antonio has a plan b, which frankly seemed to be even better :)

The trip was so very well organized. Antonio gave us a choice of several stops that had different things to see and visit. Once we made the selections we were off. He took a lot of backroads which had stunning scenery and avoiding traffic jams. Lunch was delicious. Great restaurant with lovely servers! We visited Obidos and walked along the moors castle then took a stroll thru medieval streets. Off to batalha monastery. Beautiful cathedral. Visited Fatima sanctuary and final stop Nazare. This location has beautiful beaches. You will not be disappointed. Highly recommend António!

This place is huge and a bit overwhelming. I like the fact that you can you for hourse just gazing at amazing stuff. No need for the train though. Also I would like more guidance - digital - when cruising.
Sintra roads were closed so we were able to reschedule different venues for the day. It was lovely to see other areas of the beautiful countryside

Thanks to Antonio, we were able to visit Nazaré and its surroundings in a very pleasant and comfortable way. All his explanations concerning the places visited brought us a better knowledge of Portugal both culturally, economically and socially. We visited places we would never have gone alone I think.
