Avoid Tootbus Hop-On Hop-Off Paris, especially for same-day bookings. We booked and paid but never received our tickets. My family and I spent over an hour standing outside in the Paris heat trying to sort it out, and the driver refused to let us board with our booking confirmation. After multiple attempts to contact Tootbus customer service we eventually gave up and paid for another hop-on hop-off company so we could actually enjoy our day in Paris. Tootbus then refused to refund us, despite us never receiving or using the tickets. TripAdvisor/Viator ultimately had to step in and refund us themselves. Awful customer service and a huge waste of our limited vacation time. Definitely would not recommend Tootbus.

They missed informed us about the river cruise location as they have no bus stop near it, They told us stop No,9 but it was about 1km further with no access by their services
Very poor experience with an App that promised the world and comprehensively failed to deliver. Crass on-board commentary - very hard uncomfortable seats and generally a very underwhelming experience.

Great to get around Paris. App is accurate and you can literally see the bus moving on the map. Stops are accurate and buses arrive regularly The headphones for work sometimes and it seems out of sync with what the bus is driving past I would recommend using the toot bus as it was a great experience for my kids and me.
This was a nice way to see the city and have easy transport between some of the big spots in Paris. I think the audio could be a little better.
It is a great way to get to see all the most important sites to see as a traveler. You get informed of the importance of what you're looking at and it is also a very safe way to see it all.
Easy way to get a good view of the key sites in the city. We found it was cheaper to move about this way rather than take an uber and due to mobility issues, the metro was out for us. Keep in mind you need sunscreen in if you are up top.
It's a skanky old bus where they pack on as many people as they can. No air conditioning at all. Complete lies that there is air conditioning. Horrendous city to visit never again.
