Boring bus ride to Paris and back. Not much time to do any tours in Paris. Drop off and pick up points in Paris differ which was inconvenient finding pick up spot. We had to ask 5 people where the address was and the directions all differed. We spent a long time walking around trying to find pick up spot.

Great experience. Knowledgeable guide and got back to ship with time to spare. Would use again. Thank you!

Get to the bus on time! William our guide and Denis our driver were terrific! However they waited way too long for 2 members of booking who were late on return to bus. A grace period of 15 minutes or so is understandable. However we were forced to wait almost 45 minutes.

We had so much fun on this tour! We are Americans on our honeymoon to Europe, and we went on a Princess Cruise. We really enjoyed our tour guide, including his friendliness and his expertise. We would definitely do this the same way again.

We used this bus transfer during our cruise in June 2026 on the Carnival Legend. It was easy to find the tour guide and bus at the cruise port. The cost was significantly less than the excursion offered by Carnival. William, who was our host on the bus was incredibly helpful. When we arrived in Paris, as we got off the bus, he provided us with a bottled water, macaroons, and a Madeline cookie. This a great surprise, and the macaroons and cookie were delicious. The bus was also easy to find following our visit in Paris. When we re-boarded the bus for our drive back to the cruise port, William once again provided bottled water. As a special surprise he also offered glasses of champagne. If you’re looking for a cost-effective way to get to Paris from the cruise port at Le Havre, this is a much better deal than that offered by Carnival excursions.

We took this excursion in April 2026 and it was one of the best experiences we have had. Vexperio provided exceptional communication, including an email 2 weeks ahead with all of the information we could need. Our ship was delayed in allowing us off and they adjusted and still gave us close to the promised amount of time in Paris. I highly recommend them, and have booked them for a different tour later this year. Of note, the bus was very nice and had both USB and USBC ports for charging.

Customs was late in clearing the ship, but the Tour Company made us feel very relaxed letting us know that they would wait for us to disembark, and got us back to the Ship on Time, 5 to 6 hours in Paris. We had it all planned out on our own, Notre Dame, Eifel Tower, Arch Triumph and Champ Elysses. You can only get the free tickets to enter Notre Dame 3 days before before the day of you're visit, and they only offer 15,000 daily selected time tickets on the Official Website. You have to calculate the date and time of the visit, we selected our tickets for 1:00 pm base on the 3 hour travel time from La Havre France Cruise port to Paris. Well worth it. If you've never visited Paris! As they saying goes, you can hear about a place 100 times, but nothing like seeing it in front of you're eyes One Time!! Vexperio Tours.

Probably would have been great to go on. But, I had pneumonia 4 days into the cruise, so wasn’t able to do the excursion.

Wonderful and relaxing bus ride with guide and courteous bus driver. Plenty of time to see Paris, but right on museum time

Staff was organized. They had sign holding up were to go for excursion. Staff was also aware of time ship docked and any delays. Staff were friendly and helpful.
