Parasailing en Alicante

The treatment from the person who puts the harness on you was unpleasant. He was acting despotically. We asked him to send us the photos and his answer was, "No, this is my personal number, as you will understand, give me another way to send them to you." He did not give us his hand when embarking or disembarking, however, he did to the other couple, even though he was a man. On my sister's recommendation, I risked doing this activity. Since she had an excellent experience with another team of people with music, drinks, and pleasant treatment. For me, with this person, I felt discomfort and fear. A terrible experience. Easy to book - booked the day before through tripadvisor, received information via whatsapp immediately about location and a form to fill out before going and meet-up time. They answered all out questions pretty quickly. Very nice people in their little office who speaks English pretty well, friendly and good instructors - fun boat ride with music, parasailing time as promised and it was also okay to stay in the boat - my partner went up in the air while I stayed because I’m terrified of hights but wanted to support him. Very nice pictures with good quality camera was taken - sad it was not included but 15 euros was okay price extra. And got a soda at the end.

Absolutely phenomenal experience. Great crew, great group!! Only downside ( and it was a BIG ONE) was that we never could get anyone to respond to our request to obtain photos that were taken by the crew while we were on the boat and/or in the air.

Perfection from the beginning to the end of the activity. We are guided to find the meeting point (the port is very large). The welcome is warm and multilingual, the activity super fun and safe.

Exceptional experience! Staff couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. Even after we got lost and showed up late. They were so helpful and got us on the tour the next day. So professional. Booked parasailing as daughter birthday. Unfortunately it was cancelled due to weather. Offered to go back following day. Weather was calmer. Staff were kind, courteous, looking after our safety. 2 parasailers and 1 boat passenger. Parasailing was great, scary but very quiet and still in the air..... passenger boat ride was also great and very relaxing. Definitely use again.

If you are in the area, you cannot miss this activity. We went as a family; it is a fun experience with stunning views. We liked it so much that we did it again. The company has a great team that treated us with warmth and professionalism.

Both the guy who welcomed us, Chak, and the captain and his assistant were quite friendly. Initially, it was a birthday gift for my wife, and once we were at the site, we had the opportunity for both kids to go parasailing with their mother. Despite both refusing out of fear, in the end, everyone convinced the older one (10 years old), and the happiness on the child's and mother's faces when they came down was priceless. An exquisite treatment and an unforgettable experience.
