La edad mínima es 14 años y el peso máximo 100kg. ¡Tus instructores han estado en parapente por más de 20 años cada uno, así que estás en buenas manos! ¡No es una actividad aterradora! What an incredible experience! From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized, and Walter and his team were exceptionally friendly, professional, and reassuring. As first-time paragliders, we felt completely safe and well looked after throughout the entire experience. The conditions couldn't have been more beautiful—a clear blue sky and breathtaking sunset views over Cape Town made the flight absolutely unforgettable. Floating through the air with those views was pure magic! We had so much fun and are so grateful to the whole team for making our first paragliding experience such a memorable one. I would 100% do this again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cape Town, whether it's your first flight or your tenth! Thank you guys!! :)

An absolutely brilliant experience, they kept in constant contact on the weather conditions saying there was a delay due to unexpected winds, but it was only an hour. When we got there we were greeted politely & our contact Robin was polite & respectful. Woulter the pilot was fantastic.

Super experience! Life is about the moments you remember. I thoroughly enjoyed my flight with Carolina and would recommend it to anyone. The team were very responsive about scheduling as it all depends on Mother Nature but we were lucky today get to see Cape Town below bathed in sunlight. Do it!

The views were absolutely breathtaking and flying above Cape Town was something I’ll never forget.As someone who can get nervous about heights and flying, the instructors were so reassuring and calm, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Don’t miss this otherworldly experience with Table Mountain Paragliding! The crew was incredibly helpful and flexible. When the weather looked like it would cancel our booked day, they reached out, rescheduled us a day earlier, and even went out of their way to pick us up from our hotel. I flew with Deniz — he was super supportive and helped me stay calm so I could actually enjoy every second. Easily the best part of our trip.
