Ubicado dentro de la ciudad de Dubai, lo más destacado de una experiencia en tándem en nuestro Palm Dropzone es la impresionante vista de la icónica isla de Palm Jumeirah. Sin mencionar otros puntos de referencia como las Islas del Mundo, Ain Dubai y el Burj al Arab. Nota importante: comparta el nombre completo y la fecha de nacimiento de todos los participantes al hacer la reserva.

Lugares y horarios de recogida
• Espere en el vestíbulo del hotel o en el punto de recogida designado a la hora de recogida programada. • Contamos con un equipo de atención al cliente las 24 horas del día, los 7 días de la semana para garantizar transferencias sin problemas y cualquier consulta se atiende en tiempo real. • Compartiremos los detalles de recogida un día antes de la fecha de su recorrido por correo electrónico o WhatsApp, para obtener más ayuda, contáctenos. • Mencione amablemente su dirección en 'requisitos especiales' si no está en la lista (dentro de Dubái)

- Los viajeros deben tener al menos un nivel de condición física medio
- La reserva debe hacerse de acuerdo con los detalles en el pasaporte del huésped. Los clientes deben compartir una copia escaneada de su pasaporte con nosotros después de la reserva, ya sea por correo electrónico o WhatsApp.
- Es obligatorio llevar un pasaporte o documento de identidad de los Emiratos durante esta actividad.

- Peso de los hombres: 100.0 kg/220 libras o menos. IMC : 30.0 o menos. y Peso de las mujeres : 90.0 kg/ 198.0 lbs o menos. IMC: 27,5 o menos.
- Las franjas horarias estarán sujetas a disponibilidad , no se proporcionará ningún reembolso basado en las preferencias de las franjas horarias .

Hello, As you are aware of the situation, the skydive booking was made under a non-refundable policy for last-minute cancellations. You reported for the activity without carrying your passport, which was clearly mentioned as a mandatory requirement in the passenger information. Despite this, we were willing to reschedule the skydive for another available date. However, as no alternative date was provided from your side, we were unable to proceed with the rescheduling. My anxiety was to the roof as this was my first time but the instructors as well as the camera guy was more than welcoming and they put my worries at ease. It was daunting at first but once your about to jump, the anxiety, the nerves and the worries all disappear as your in very good hands. It was beautiful to see the beauty of UAE and the coast with the pal and the world underneath you. I would definitely do this again and you should not miss it!

The crew kept it professional but fun, no sketchy vibes. Strapped to an instructor, jumped at 13k ft and those 69 seconds of free fall were wild (in a good way).

Dropped out of a plane over Dubai and it was LIFE.CHANGING! The views of the Palm and city skyline were insane! Instructors were super chill and made the experience awesome.

What a rush! I was nervous at first, but the instructors were super chill and made everything feel really safe and easy. They emailed us the photos and videos tge next day, and it's now one of my all time favorite memories.

The skydive experience is super cool! I am super hyped! I did my first skydiving in Hawaii about 10 years ago, and right now, I finally do one more times in Dubai. I had heard that Skydive Dubai ranked No.1 in the world, this made me feel really thrilled. And this time, I made it!!! Cuz I was doing transit in Dubai, and only had 13 hours in total, so doing the skydive was the only thing I want to do in this city. It totally worths it! I am really thank you my instructor Alan and my cameraman Dylan, both are super handsome and awesome. They should be made the superstar in Dubai Skydive Team!!! Everything so far so good. The Skydive Tandem jump over The Palm was incredible and an experience that will never be forgotten. The team was friendly, competent and nice. Unfortunately I did not receive the video material including the additionally booked and payed Instagram video. I tried to call the team several times but they just gave me an E-Mail address with the instruction to write an E-Mail. But I did not receive an answer, even though I wrote several E-Mails. I'm really sad about it. I payed a lot of money and have no photo nor video material of my jump. Therefore unfortunately only a poor rating.
