We arrived 35 minutes before our time slot but that was apparently too late for training. They charged a $30 rescheduling fee to change to the next time slot, which is ridiculous. The customer service counter also very non communitive as I am in a knee brace and they don’t offer any accessible pathways for spectators. Go elsewhere.
My 11 year old son did this and loved every minute. It was very well organised and staff informative. Pre-training was good and he enjoyed the 45 seconds at the lower level and so we let him do the higher elevated option as well.

Went to IFly to let my kids try the skydive package. Staff was awesome especially Zann and flight instructor Moon. Both of them were very helpful and explained clearly to my son who has mild autism. He greatly enjoyed his flying here!
My nephew had a fantastic time with Kumar. Especially when they did the 3rd flight. He made it so fun for him whilst emphasizing on the safety aspects. Looks like we will be back again, very soon. Thank you Kumar.

The trainer, Shamir was an amazing teacher and made it a smooth and memorable experience. IFly is surely a must go to in Sentosa.
