Our Audience with the Pope experience was beating words amazing. Our guide Elena was the best. She is so knowledgeable and kind and helped us get to the absolute best location. Our audience with the Pope experience was beyond words wonderful. Our guide Elena was simply amazing. She was so knowledgeable and kind and went above and beyond to help us and make our experience so joyful in every way. She knew all the ways to get us to the most perfect location. She explained so much, helped us with translations and was incredibly kind to myself and my son. I can’t recommend her enough. We visited Rome for eight days and without question, our Papal Audience with Alessandro was the highlight of the entire trip. From the moment we arrived, Alessandro was attentive, warm, and effortlessly easy to be around. He has a gift for making you feel completely taken care of without ever feeling rushed or overwhelmed. He made what could have been an intimidating experience feel intimate and deeply meaningful. After the audience, he took us around and shared recommendations that only a true local would know — the kind of insider knowledge that transforms a good trip into an unforgettable one. Who can say they were in the front row during a Papel pray session with Pope Leo and 10,000 of his closest friends? Thanks to Francesco and a few other guides he works with, we can now say we have been. Like another tour we took with Francesco, it required a 6AM departure from the hotel. This is over three hours before the prayer session but completely necessary to get a decent seat. When we arrived at the Vatican, what could have been a very confusing and frustrating experience wasn’t due to some experienced and professional guides. They guided us where to stand, and when those lines moved for no apparent reason, shifting 100’s of people, they made sure we didn’t lose our prime spot in line. Our guides gave us clear guidance on what to do when the multiple security screenings opened up. When we were able to go in, one of the tour team members quickly secured our seats and made sure we were aware of some of the typical (poor) behaviors we might encounter from other Papel visitors. I was surprised that we saw all the behaviors, and when they did happen, our guides very politely engaged with the person. While this may seem like a small thing, it actually made the experience so much less stressful for us and allowed us to enjoy the once-in-a-lifetime experience. Francesco also served as our photographer, giving us the opportunity to focus on the experience and not be stuck behind our camera. While you could do all of this without a guide, don’t. Having the experience of a seasoned professional made what could have been a chaotic experience extremely stress-free and enjoyable.

It's an earlier start but hassle free. The driver who took us was also willing to return us making transportation worry free. Our guide, Camilla, was extremely helpful and accommodating. Even the pictures she took so we could simply enjoy the drama made me look good. Haha

Francesco is such a wonderful person, this is our second tour with him in the last couple of year and always provides such a caring experience to us. You won’t be disappointed in booking this tour, this company does a wonderful in taking care of its and the experience of attending the Papal Audience is something you need to have at least once in your life.

This was absolutely the best experience. Francesco was our guide, he was fantastic, knew exactly where to enter security, totally familiar with routines. We sat in the front row! highly recommend.
