Situada exactamente frente a lo que Stendhal definió como los restos más bellos de la antigüedad romana , la fuente del Panteón fue creada por el escultor Leonardo Sormani , basándose en un diseño de 1575 del arquitecto Giacomo Della Porta (1533 - 1602), y fue una de las primeras erigidas en la Roma renacentista . Fue construido a raíz de la restauración del acueducto de Virgo (1570) que también alimentó, entre otros, la Fontana della Barcaccia , la Fontana de Trevi y la Fuente de los Cuatro Ríos .
Al entrar en el Panteón, déjese cautivar por su gran interior, una mezcla armoniosa de antiguo ingenio romano y elegancia atemporal. We enjoyed the visit to the Pantheon and it was nice to able to sit inside, interesting place to visit and have a look round. Collecting the ticket was ok (round the rear of the pantheon) but we were left to our own devices about joining the right que there at least 4 ques going at the same time was a little annoying, still better than hoping the que to buy a ticket. Vale for money only cause you are guaranteed to get in.

Great way to avoid standing in line, and our escort into the pantheon was nice and professional. However, we did not realize we had to bring our own head phones, so we could not listen to the included audio and our tour was quite short.

Great experience. We met with our guide at the designated area and received our tickets and audio guide. Once received, we entered the Pantheon and followed with the audio guide. Don’t forget that you have to cover shoulder’s and knees to enter. I brought a scarf to cover my shoulders. I just packed it in my bag and took it everywhere.

Was very disappointed. It essentialist the Rick Steves audio. Only benefit was we didn’t have to wait in line. Disappointed.
Your reservation was to guarantee you entry without queuing, and the audio guide is free. This is what you paid for, and this is what you received.
We had a good experience with the meet-and-greet, audio guide, and skip-the-line. The Pantheon is a must-see if you are in Rome, and we enjoyed a lot. However, we were told and saw signs saying no shorts and no bare shoulders - as such we dressed appropriately despite near 40 degree summer temperatures. Rather annoyiongly the "rules" were not being enforced - frankly I could see bum cheeks which is disrespectful. Either relax/remove the rules, or enforce them. We won't be going back.

Have your smart phone and head phones ready. The tour starts outside before you enter, so start the tour on your phone before you go in. We enjoyed it very much.
