The service provides a skip-the-ticket-line entry ticket, meaning guests do not need to purchase a separate ticket at the palace box office. The Entry Ticket QR Code is provided digitally by Istanbul Tourist Pass® and can be accessed on the day of the visit. After making a reservation, guests receive a confirmation email containing a “Manage Booking” link. By using this link and entering their reservation ID, they can access their booking and view their entry tickets. The tickets are also available through the Istanbul Tourist Pass® app. Please note that all visitors are required to pass through the palace’s mandatory security check, regardless of the type of ticket they have. Waiting times at security can vary depending on visitor volume and may be considerably longer during peak season and busy hours. These security procedures and queues are managed by the palace and are outside the control of the ticket provider. The service also includes a dedicated audio guide in 25 languages. As stated in the booking information, the audio guide should be downloaded in advance, as there is no Wi-Fi inside the palace.
