Descripción
Este es un recorrido que te permite visitar las zonas más prestigiosas de Verona: Lago de Garda y Valpolicella, el mismo día. Saldremos de Verona a las 9.00 am, e inmediatamente nos dirigiremos a Sirmione, una península sugerente que se extiende en la parte sur del lago de Garda. Allí le llevaremos en un paseo en lancha y descubriremos en barco una parte de Grotte di Catullo, antiguas ruinas romanas. En caso de lluvia, visitaremos el castillo medieval que data del siglo XIII. A continuación, tendrá tiempo libre para pasear por el centro histórico de Sirmione, antes de trasladarse a visitar una bodega y finalmente podrá degustar toda la gama de vinos Valpolicella DOC y DOCG maridados con un almuerzo ligero italiano. Probarás vinos extraordinarios como Valpolicella, Ripasso, Amarone y Recioto, con sus diferentes estilos, y descubrirás más sobre sus diferencias y características. Durante el viaje siempre estará acompañado por el fantástico paisaje de nuestras colinas y sus viñedos!

Damos la bienvenida a nuestros huéspedes en nuestra nueva Tienda (Verona), donde podrás comprar los vinos de las regiones vinícolas que visitamos, a precio de bodega, y los productos del territorio.
Te llevaremos en un paseo en lancha alrededor de la península de Sirmione. Descubriremos en barco una parte de Grotte di Catullo, antiguas ruinas romanas.
Tiempo libre para caminar en el centro histórico de Sirmione.
Visitaremos una bodega de Valpolicella para degustar Amarone, Ripasso y otros vinos locales. Disfrutará de un delicioso almuerzo ligero en el encantador ambiente del viñedo.

- En la bodega, la temperatura es constante de 15 grados Celsius (59 Fahrenheit), por lo que sugerimos llevar un suéter o una chaqueta; si es posible, intentaremos mostrarte los viñedos, por lo que se recomienda llevar zapatillas o zapatos cómodos.

Very nice 1/2 day tour to Sirmione and Amarone. We had a really fun boat ride around Sirmione with a brief stop in the town to look around. Then travelled in air conditioned mini van to Amarone where we visited a winery with wine tastings and a light lunch included. Our guide Andre was super nice, very informative, and very friendly. We started the day driving with Anna to Sirmione - an old town on a peninsular overlooking lake Garda - fabulous location! Can get very crowded later in the day. Then a boat trip around the peninsula taking in views of the lake and the old buildings (and thermal bubbles rising from the lake) before returning back to the town. Finally the highlight for us - a visit to Dolce Vera vineyard for a wonderful wine tasting and discussion over lunch with Marco the young and enthusiastic owner. The views and wine are incredible. We loved every minute. Anna is a gracious host and careful driver - very pleasant company.
Great English speaking guide who has good wine expertise. Small boat cruise was funf and perfect length. The winery is beautiful and the family member guide spent a couple of delightful hours with us. Well worth the price.
From Venice we decided to plan a fabulous day trip to wine country, and a boat trip to Lake Garda in Verona! Pagus Wine Tours was wonderful. It was easy to find in Verona, then we were driven to Sirimone for a fun boat trip on Lake Garda, then a wine tour at a family owned and run winery, Azienda Agricola Fugolo Ggianluca! One of the sister owners, Sofia was so knowledgeable and generous with our wine tastings, cheese and meat board, and lunch in their beautiful outdoor patio area. I would highly recommend!
Roberto was the best host! Knowledgeable, personable & we really lived this tour with him. The boat tour with opera arias was memorable, but what really made this a wonderful trip was the Fugolo sisters, Sofia & Michaela at their winery. The best tour we have had. The sisters are so passionate about their winery & the service, food & wine were superlative.
This is the 4th time we have booked a tour through Pagus. This time we did both the Sirmione Lake and Lugana wines tour as well as the Trento DOC and Teroldego tours. Roberto was our guide for the Sirmione tour. He was very knowledgable and provided a great tour. Anna Was our guide for The Trento tour--we were thrilled as she was our guide in 2023! We have done 4 tours through Pagus and have never been disappointed. We love visiting the family owned vineyards and they always choose wonderful places to dine on the tours as well. While the amarone and Valpolicella wines are still our favorite, we have completely enjoyed being introduced to the other wonderful wines from the Verona and Lake Garda area!
Really great, relaxed day exploring Valpolicella and Lage Garda. Jay, our guide was excellent. Unexpectedly we had the tour to ourselves !. Two great wineries, a very personalised experience with no rushing at any stage and a great lunch in the sunshine at Lake Garda ! Only downside was the lack of air conditioning in the mini van on a sweltering day.

Had a wonderful experience touring the area outside Verona. Our guide Elizabeth was very knowledgeable and we really enjoyed our time with her. The wineries selected were excellent representation of the the region and we had a great time at each tasting. Beautiful scenery and an overall relaxing day.
