Cataratas Pagsanjan y manantiales de Hidden Valley: un espectacular recorrido combinado

The trip was absolutely amazing, and my guide Carlo was very considerate and friendly. I was a solo female traveler on this tour, and I felt completely safe and comfortable at all times. After around a 2-hour drive, you arrive at a station where you’re provided with a life vest and a helmet, and your 1-hour canoe trip up the Pagsanjan River begins. You can leave all your belongings in the car and wear clothes you’re happy to get completely soaking wet (I wore my swimsuit and sports shorts, which I didn’t mind getting wet). I only took my phone in a waterproof case, as there’s a high chance your phone will get very wet otherwise. I also kept some cash in the same case. About halfway up the river, there’s a short stop for snacks, where they ask you to buy lunch for the two canoe men. Chicken and soda for both of them cost 400 pesos. If you’d like chicken and a drink for yourself too, bring another 200 pesos. If you’re happy to tip, I’d also recommend bringing around another 400 pesos for the two guys operating the final barge to the waterfall (they’re different from the canoe men). After about 1 hour on the river—which is pretty strenuous for the canoe men—you arrive at a small landing, from where you take a barge underneath the waterfall. Up until then you might have stayed almost completely dry, but after going under the waterfall you’ll be absolutely soaking wet. The way back is easy. I tipped the canoe men well at the end because the journey upstream is really hard work. By the way, I saw some kids around 7 years old in other canoes, so this trip might be suitable for children of that age—but only if they’re relatively brave and very comfortable with water splashing over their faces. :) The hot springs were great and very relaxing, and lunch was good. I was told the walk to the Hidden Falls takes at least 10 minutes each way, so I decided not to go and instead preferred to soak in the warm pools. No towel is provided, so bring your own. There are also secure lockers in the hot spring complex.

Wow. What an amazing experience!! Carlo was my guide and driver and he was super cool, personable, funny, knowledgeable, and nice. He made sure I was well taken care of, the car was comfortable, and overall it was an amazing time. This is a must do experience when visiting Manila. The falls are absolutely beautiful and the canoeing experience to get there is unique and wild. So much fun. And then the hot springs after is the perfect way to unwind after a day at the falls and is a close drive from the falls. Bring a change of clothes, some water and snacks. Bring sunblock and a towel. You can leave your stuff in the car or in a locker once u get to the location. Bring cash for the falls as you can buy drinks and food on the way up. Carlo is a great driver and a good person. The hot springs are a site to see and very relaxing and one of a kind.

I sent this to YOLO email I never thought I’d ever book a private tour and when I did I never thought I’d really be the only person on the tour. In my experience booking a small group private tour meant myself and a handful of others would be on the tour but alas the tour was just me booked in viator but hosted by Carlo from yolo. We had an amazing trip with our guide John and driver Kyle. They had us try some local delicacies, which was cool. The waterfall and the hidden valley springs were SO much better than expected and very beautiful. The sailing route to the waterfall made us feel alive😆 that was a bit crazy, but the guides were very good at controlling the boat. And it was also very funny if you like a bit of adrenaline. We would highly recommend this trip

I was a solo traveller on this trip. The whole trip was very well organised right from the start. I loved the falls and the exotic pools in hidden valley. The tour guide Criz made sure that I was comfortable throughout the journey. The trip ended with a lunch at Hidden Valley. The dishes werr made to my preferences and very yummy indeed. I especially enjoyed the spring rolls.

-Pagsanjan Falls is a nice waterfall with good challengers to get down to many stairs and climbing 👍🏻 -Hidden Valley is very beautiful area with many beautiful flowers and trees fine pool and fight good food - The driver who drove me shouldn't keep the driver's license.
