Esta clase de cocina y recorrido por el mercado son nuestra oferta más popular. Juntos, el recorrido y la clase duran aproximadamente cuatro horas. El recorrido comienza con el acompañamiento de nuestros chefs al famoso mercado de La Boquería, ubicado cerca. Durante esta visita guiada 'detrás de escena', conocerá a muchos vendedores, algunos de los cuales han estado allí por generaciones. Aprenderá sobre productos cultivados localmente y participará en la selección de ingredientes que se utilizarán más adelante en la clase de cocina. Al regresar a nuestra cocina, comenzará a preparar el menú de cuatro platos. Todas nuestras clases están diseñadas para cada nivel de habilidad y son impartidas por chefs bilingües capacitados profesionalmente. Las clases brindan una experiencia divertida, social y práctica, en la que participará en la preparación de los diversos platos bajo la atenta guía de nuestros chefs instructores. Se incluyen vinos ilimitados. Todos nuestros menús pueden adaptarse para adaptarse a cualquier restricción alimentaria que pueda tener, incluido vegano.

We had a fantastic experience cooking with our 10 and 14 year olds cooking with Juan. The food was delicious and we learned so much about cooking, about Barcelona, and about Spain. It was a true pleasure and a highlight of our trip. It was also a lot of food!!

We loved our cooking class! We had a large family (16 people) of various ages and had a blast. The food was delicious and a great representative of typical Spanish cuisine. The kids (3 to 18 years old) all loved the experience and walked away with a love for cooking. We also loved our journey to the market!!!!

Our party of 6 had the best time cooking w/Chef Juan. He was very entertaining as well as a great teacher. First went to the market & then we made the best gazpacho, paella, & potato & egg pie.

Such a nice experience! We started by going to the market where we got a tour and tips on good food to try and what to choose. Then when we got back we made an amazing strawberry gazpacho, paella, bread with tomato, omelet and a Spanish version of crème brûlée. We could take as much white/red wine as we wanted, and there was also a really hot alcohol free drink :) We got lots of good tips for cooking in general and our chef was super nice and fun!

Chef Juan was wonderful, very friendly, he made us feel like we were old friends. Most importantly he taught us a lot about cooking in general as well as the multiple dishes we prepared and cooked under his watchful care! The most fun cooking class I’ve ever attended. You won’t be sorry if you sign up for the wonderful class The trip through the Rambles market was so informative and exciting. Not to be missed!!!
