The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. We enjoyed this tour very much! The audio was informative and the bus was comfortable.
If you travel to Prague, this is a good option to see the city sitting down. That you are visiting for two hours. When you arrive at the castle area they give you 30 minutes to explore it on your own. It's worth it when you've been walking all day and you feel like making a more relaxed plan. It is an option to see the city without getting tired.
Comfortable trip and suites to anyone who wants a quick trip around the city without the need to hop on and hop off
The first thing we did on arrival was to use Martin Tour for a quick orientation of the city. Certainly worth doing. The bus was rather old and yes the historic cobbles will shake you about, but it was easy to book, well organised and you received a nice welcome. The commentary, which was very interesting is in many languages. Please note: the tour stops at the Prague Castle complex. You can alight there for a 40 minute walk around/refreshments, but if you don't re-board at the requested time there's no refund on your ticket.
It was a rainy day in Prague today, and no one be blamed for that. When the bus is ready and the passengers aren’t let in to get out of the rain because the driver is too busy finishing his cigarette, we’ll, that’s a different story…..the start was the good part, and I shan’t bore you with every minute detail. Let’s just say my knowledge of Prague was not enhanced by the sporadic and seemingly random clips of information. I do however know that where ever I choose to go in Prague from now, I will get a discount for presenting my Martin Tours ticket. People choose tours for information and orientation. Martin tours provide neither. I was bowled over to find out that people have been doling out money for this drivel since 1990. Wonders never cease.
Great orientation to great city of Prague. Very accommodating. Let us on when we arrived an hour early. Saw the highlights. All in English.
Thank you very much :-)
The guide audio system didn’t work on half of the Seats. The driver picked up people he knew and dropped them of randomly like a taxi. No one talked to us, explained what the tour included or tried to help us.
.
Bus was on time. Seats were comfortable. Audio was working fine. Wish they had put the windows down it was muggy. And they had sign on bus saying mask mandatory, but more than half people didnt wear them and driver didnt say anything.
Thank you, I apologize unfortunately the driver can inform passengers, but unfortunately do not order clients to wear a mask.
A pleasant hour of guided tour through the streets and main routes of the city. All described in language (21 languages available!) through headphones. Although I didn’t have the opportunity to get off the bus because it wasn’t provided by the type of package, the tour was really interesting and in line with what my husband and I wanted to do on the last day of vacation in Prague. Relaxing and interesting experience.
