¡Su primera certificación es una licencia para aprender más! Basado en el rendimiento, después de este curso, tendrá los conocimientos y las habilidades para planificar y ejecutar una inmersión hasta un máximo de 18 metros con un compañero certificado. Día 1 - Académicos + Buceo Conoce a tu instructor, compañeros y comienza la primera sesión académica. Un breve descanso para almorzar antes de saltar a tu sesión de habilidades limitadas para la tarde. Día 2 - Académicos + Habilidades de buceo Comience la sesión académica por la mañana antes de dirigirse al bote de la tarde para las habilidades de entrenamiento en agua confinada, inmersiones 1 y 2 con una profundidad máxima de 12 m en 2 sitios de buceo diferentes alrededor de Koh Tao. Día 3 - Buceo + Examen ¡Disfrute de 2 inmersiones a una profundidad máxima de 18 metros, que es el máximo permitido para un buceador de aguas abiertas! En algunos de los mejores sitios de buceo alrededor de Koh Tao, el último día es puramente divertido, sin entrenamiento, sin ejercicios, ¡solo buceando! Después de completar sus últimas 2 inmersiones, ¡haremos el examen final en la escuela!

This diving club was really nice, y instructor Oni was amazing. He was clear on the lectures and was passionate about teaching. When diving he always made sure we were safe and that we didn’t miss any of the amazing wild life.

A million thanks to Malcolm for an amazing 3-day SSI Open Water course at Koh Tao Scuba Club! Professional, positive, fun, and super well-structured - exactly the kind of instructor you hope to have for your first serious diving experience. Even in our group of four, everyone got plenty of individual attention, which made a huge difference and helped us feel safe and confident. The skills training in the pool and later in open water at a depth of 6 meters was clear, gradual, and very well supervised. Malcolm was endlessly patient, even when something didn’t work out several times in a row. What impressed me the most was his empathy and ability to notice someone’s worries even before they fully realized it themselves - that’s next-level pro stuff. I’m really glad I had the chance to learn from the best and to discover the underwater world without fear. There was definitely fear before diving into the unknown ocean at 12 and 18 meters for the first time, but the clear diving plan, instructions, and great underwater communication left no room for doubts – only space for excitement and wonder. Thanks for “infecting” me with this new addiction – diving will now make all my future travels even more exciting! If I’m lucky enough to return to Koh Tao one day, I’ll definitely come back for more lessons or a fun dive with Malcolm. Greetings from Lithuania! 🇱🇹 P.S. I was with Oni, the course was excellent and very fun! Would do it all over again :) First day was in the pool, then we went to the sea on second and third days.
I completed both my Open Water and Advanced courses with Oni, and it was an excellent experience. He strikes the perfect balance between being fun and being a strict, disciplined instructor. He focuses strongly on the lessons that truly matter while diving and never compromises on safety. I also loved diving with the team and am very happy to be certified under his guidance.
We had a wonderful instructor called Ae and she was very good at teaching and we had so much fun. We saw a whale shark, Stingray, sea turtle and more beautiful fishes. Thanks Koh Tao Scoba club and thanks Ae for the fun experience😁
