Prepárese para retroceder en el tiempo en este recorrido a pie por el Viejo San Juan. A veces llevo una furgoneta y conducimos un poco. La Ciudad del Viejo San Juan fue fundada en el año 1521, lo que la convierte en la ciudad más antigua de Puerto Rico y la segunda ciudad más antigua de América. Caminaremos y nos detendremos en todos los sitios principales, como castillos, fuertes, calles adoquinadas, edificios coloridos, monumentos y plazas, aprendiendo sobre su historia. Este recorrido no entra en los fuertes. Cada fotografía que tomes en el Viejo San Juan es hermosa y única, así que asegúrate de estar listo. También aprenderemos todo lo que hay que saber sobre la ciudad y la isla. Estará con un guía turístico certificado, para que pueda asegurarse de obtener la información correcta en cada lugar donde se detenga. Esta es la Mansión del Gobernador. Hablaremos de ello desde fuera. La entrada de esta casa es donde a veces se ven sombrillas o banderas colgando de lo alto y a mucha gente le gusta sacarse fotos.
Esta es la puerta principal de la Ciudad. El Viejo San Juan era una base militar rodeada de murallas. Tenía 5 puertas.

Iglesia San José es una de las iglesias más antiguas de Puerto Rico, construida en el año 1532.
Baracks militares construidos en el año 1864. También fue utilizado por las Fuerzas Armadas de los EE. UU. como Hospital Militar.
Antiguo Cementerio que comenzó a utilizarse alrededor del año 1814. Tiene una hermosa vista al mar y al Fuerte al fondo.

It was a Great experience, if you barely know about Puerto Rico or it’s your first time coming here, you Should get this walking tour. You get to learn a bit more about history as well as get to know places in a better way, and you will definitely get recommendations for places to go to right after. Danny was very attentive and kind, he also kept us hydrated throughout the tour.
