Our guide was very friendly and gave us interesting historical information about the town. We even got a muffin in the shape of a tower.

When we asked staff at the Tourist Office, the woman acted like we committed some sort of cardinal sin. She was extremely rude, and provided very sparse instructions to the restroom that was multiple floors down in a train station. Our tour guide, Nicole, singled us out in front of the entire group asking us in an accusatory manner if we were with the group. We had previously checked in with her and provided our tickets, so this came as a shock. It truly disrupted our experience, and we felt shocked and upset. Many tour guests spent the remainder of the tour staring at us. Staff was very unfriendly, we would advise all to not booking this tour.

Walking tour not a drive. We originally thought this was a bus tour. Not a big deal just not marketed correctly.

Anna Marie was wonderful! She spoke clearly with a lovely Swiss accent, but was easily understood. Her tour was informative and included many historical dates and events that provided us a lens into the medieval times of Luzern.

Claudia was very knowledgeable and gave a good tour. Spent a bit too long at KKL which ran us over when in the old town. Still a worthwhile experience.
