El barco está amarrado a solo 1 km de Green Island, una zona altamente protegida del Parque Marino. Desde Cairns, navegue hasta este sitio de arrecifes y Green Island con estilo en una goleta de dos mástiles y disfrute de un delicioso almuerzo buffet a bordo. Admira la belleza de la Gran Barrera de Coral en este tour de un día muy personal.Ocean Free navega hacia su exclusivo amarre de la Gran Barrera de Coral a solo 1 km de Green Island. Salga directamente del barco y vea un jardín de coral lleno de peces de arrecife de colores y vida marina en esta zona altamente protegida del Parque Marino de la Gran Barrera de Coral. ¡Solo nuestros huéspedes hacen snorkel en este sitio por lo que es una experiencia muy personal! Tortugas y grandes bancos de peces, un sitio común entre los corales "bommies" (afloramientos) que se elevan desde aproximadamente 10-12M hasta poco menos de 1M bajo la superficie, por lo que es un área ideal para el buceo Pase la mañana haciendo snorkel y/o buceo (opcional extra) sobre un increíble sistema de arrecifes y vea la vida marina más única y colorida bajo la guía de nuestra tripulación muy atenta. Después, suba de nuevo a bordo de su embarcación para un delicioso almuerzo smorgasbord después de lo cual puede subirse a la ternura mientras el patrón lo lleva a la playa de Green Island, su segundo sitio para explorar!
Los huéspedes pueden visitar esta isla como parte de su excursión en velero por la Isla Verde sin océano y la Gran Barrera de Coral con solo un máximo de 25 huéspedes. Tienen la opción de pasar el resto de la tarde en la isla hasta la última recogida o regresar al buque principal después de una hora, si prefiere hacer más buceo. Ocean Free en realidad amarra en un exclusivo arrecife privado a 1 km de la isla donde los huéspedes pueden dividir su tiempo entre buceo y snorkeling (opcional extra) justo fuera del barco en este exclusivo sitio de la Gran Barrera de Coral e ir a la isla en la tierna para explorar o simplemente relajarse en la playa tropical. Marineland Melanesia es una experiencia opcional al visitar Green Island. Por una pequeña tarifa, puede ingresar a esta atracción para ver cocodrilos, tortugas, artefactos y datos de la región.

This was such an experience and the crew were amazing and very patient considering this was our first time snorkelling and we were a little anxious doing this in the open sea. The guide stayed with us the whole while in the water and made sure we saw as much as possible. The lunch and snacks were also great. It was such a wonderful day. Totally recommended.
What a wonderful experience this was! The staff were friendly, patient and informative. We were giving lots of great food and the boat ride was enjoyable. We had an amazing day weather wise which made the experience even better. I really enjoyed the snorkelling and having smaller numbers of passengers on the tour. Thank you for making this one of my families favourite days ever.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Unforgettable Great Barrier Reef Sailing & Snorkeling Adventure! We joined Ocean Free for a day out on the reef, and it was absolutely brilliant from start to finish! 🛥️ Even with swells hitting over 10 foot, the trip was so much fun and added a real sense of adventure to the day. Snorkeling on the Great Barrier Reef was beyond anything we imagined – the fish were absolutely stunning, in every bright colour you could think of, and we even got to see gentle baby sharks swimming peacefully nearby – such a special highlight! 🐠🦈 The crew were honestly amazing: so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and looked after us perfectly the whole time. The food served on board was delicious too – fresh, tasty and just what we needed after being in the water. What a fantastic day out! We left with amazing memories we’ll cherish forever. The team were great. Met some lovely people. The fact it’s a smaller group made it more memorable. Snorkelling in your own area, trip to green island and lots learnt. Came back under sail as well. Really glad we chose this trip.

Crew was great! And the day was awesome. The ocean wasn’t smooth but they took good care of us and we saw plenty of sea life. Very accommodating of various passengers’ sea sickness— they brought anti-nausea meds enough for everyone.

Had an incredible trip on Ocean Free out to Green Island. Everything about it was excellent, the boat, food and equipment were perfect. The best thing was the crew, Ryan, Reece and Tom were so friendly, knowledgeable and patient. They are a credit to a very well run operation.

The boat is very beautiful and well-equipped. The price difference compared to Ocean Freedom is certainly justified, and in our case, we would definitely make the same choice again. Brian, the skipper, and his crew were very welcoming, professional, and friendly. Snorkeling was wonderful, and during the summer, it must be even more spectacular. Good and abundant is also the food offered throughout the day. I saw even the least inclined people being carefully attended to. I would do it again 100 times!

This trip couldn’t have been more delightful. The crew were adept at sailing and snorkeling/diving. Very knowledgeable about the Reef. Truly seemed to enjoy getting to know each of us. We used the company when visiting Cairns in 2019 and had a great experience with an assisted scuba dive on that trip so I knew we wanted to use them again. This time we opted to snorkel only but it was another amazing experience from start to finish! The crew members are all so friendly and knowledgeable and the food served throughout the day exceeded our expectations. So many fresh fruits, veggies and breads as well as a variety of proteins. Having the opportunity to sail while also visiting the reef and green island was just what I was looking for. The day was perfect!!
