R flight was delayed a bit, but it was easy to communicate with the person that was going to meet us in baggage area. We were texting and everything went as planned even w the flight delay. The person who met us at the baggage claim area was very nice and took pics of us on our phones. She even asked if there were any questions or information we needed as it was our very first time in Oahu. .
They were prompt and had a sign at the baggage claim area , helpful in directing us where to go to get rental care. Pretty flower leis

Excellent service. Aimee was in contact with me before we left the mainland. She was the one who created us at baggage claim with a smile, gorgeous leis and "aloha". Very pleased with their service.
Super fun way to start out with a lei at the airport. Our guide was super sweet and friendly. She also offered us other directions and suggestions.
They were there waiting for my friends at the Luggage carousel , just like they said their would . My friends received their Hawaiian lei’s on time No hassel.
