Opciones de la excursión
Itinerario

Good value but rather go to less places and spend more time at each - ex: the Dole plantation, could spend more time there and either ride the train or do the maze or enjoy the shopping. Did not need to stop by the coffee place at the end. The location for snorkeling was not great. Would be fun to stop and do some interactive activities. The van was very hot after lunch.
The stops were worth it. But felt rushed. And the guide talked a lot about his own family and experiences and didn’t focus on the areas we were passing. He didn’t answer questions either. The stops were well worth it but the narration was not.
Great sightseeing tour beautiful sights kids , and thr adults were just let down there was no actual sea turtles snorkeling
My friend and I had a completely miserable experience on this tour. It was easily the worst tour I have ever encountered, and I strongly advise everyone to avoid it. The Guide (Rob): The day began with our guide, Rob, lecturing us like unruly children on how to behave and respond to him. This set a terrible tone. For the rest of the trip, he talked incessantly about himself, told childlike and highly inappropriate jokes about his wife and other women, and made frequent political remarks. When the group didn't react to his satisfaction, he would loudly groan and say, "OMG, I can't wait to be done with this group of people, you guys are not fun at all." By the end of the day, we knew more about Rob's personal life than the island. The Itinerary & Logistics: Everything was completely rushed. The stops, while some beautiful areas, many consisted of generic tourist traps, and we were given little time to look around. Lunch was limited, not included in the price, and felt rushed. The only time we weren't rushed was at the snorkeling stop, where we were stranded for nearly two hours. The Snorkeling Stop: The snorkeling location was horrifying. The water was blackish-brown, smelled terrible, and was completely murky—the one brave person who went in couldn't see a thing. The area looked like a neglected campground, filled with homeless tents, bedding, clothes and carts. While we ended up having a touching, sad conversation with a local homeless man and shared our food with him, it begs the question: why is a professional tour company using this location? To make matters worse, before anyone got off the bus, Rob filmed everyone taking snorkeling gear while loudly declaring he was capturing evidence so he wouldn't get stuck paying for "stolen equipment." There are ways to manage inventory without threatening paying customers. The Positives: The only saving grace was that some of the locations were naturally beautiful, allowing us to walk away and escape Rob’s voice. Customer Service Fail: When I called the office to complain, the staff admitted that I was not the only one who had called to complain about this specific tour. I was promised a callback from the owner. Unsurprisingly, no one ever called me back. This company does not care about customer satisfaction or basic professionalism. Save your money and book elsewhere.
Paul is wonderful! His native Hawaiian culture was a great asset to telling us about Hawaii traditions and cultures and language. He is very interactive with his tour, very fun. We will book again!
Rob is very friendly, knowledgeable and a great host. We loved the tour, learnt a lot and covered many interesting sights. Much appreciated 👏
Much Aloha and Mahalo, your feedback is always greatly appreciated
Very informative and got a lot in in one day
We did the All Day Circle Island Tour with Snorkeling and went in with high expectations for our first trip to Hawaii. Unfortunately, what we experienced didn’t match what was advertised in the itinerary, and a few stops simply didn’t happen as promised. We did end up getting extra time in the water for the snorkeling stop since we were running ahead of schedule, but the location itself left a lot to be desired. The water was so murky we could barely see anything below the surface, and the cove was packed, easily 100+ people crammed into a tiny space. Between the visibility and the crowds, it didn’t feel like the experience the tour promised. The biggest problem was Rob himself, who spent the entire trip talking about himself rather than sharing anything useful about the places we were visiting. He also went off on weird, strange political tangents that had nothing to do with the tour. On top of that, he constantly talked down the locations we stopped at, complaining about them being touristy money grabs, while steering us toward other specific spots he clearly wanted us to spend money at instead. It felt manipulative, like he was undermining other businesses to push us toward the ones he preferred. He also made several inappropriate jokes, including ones about kissing his wife and an ex-partner who had been incarcerated, despite there being children on the bus. He frequently yelled into his microphone too, which caused the bus speakers to squeal loudly and repeatedly, and brought up tipping multiple times throughout the day, describing it as “the nice thing to do,” which came across as a guilt trip rather than a genuine mention. The bus itself added to the frustration. The air conditioning unit at the back was leaking water onto my family for a good portion of the ride, and at one point the vehicle had a mechanical issue and stopped working entirely, delaying the day further. Between the mismatched itinerary, the murky and overcrowded snorkeling spot, and Rob’s behavior throughout, this ended up being one of the worst tour experiences we’ve had. After reading other reviews since, it’s clear that the murky water and Rob’s behavior are a recurring trend with this tour, not a one off. I wish we’d read through the reviews properly before booking. In hindsight, it would have cost less as a family to just hire a car and drive the island ourselves.
Aloha, I'm terribly sorry your experience wasn't up to par, It's just dissappointing to hear negative comments and deeply apologize.
This very affordable tour gives you a well-rounded (pun intended) look at most of the Island's highlights. If you have limited time on Oahu, it's a must. Otherwise, use it to find places worthy of a longer visit. Our guide did a great job of describing the attributes of each of the many stops. Some of the pickup stops in the morning can be very busy, so be sure to have the name of your tour company handy.
We enjoyed our tour with Henry. He was friendly and funny through out the tour. Although we have visited Hawaii before. We loved the tour of Oahu once again. Henry was also knowledgeable of the area and gave us some good information as we did the tour. He interacted with all of the guests. I would highly recommend this tour if you want to see the island. Thank you Henry!
