Driver no show! Not even informed me he couldn’t provide service. I had to ask airport staff to call the number and arranged my own transportation in the middle of the night.
Excellent prompt service from the driver. Would highly recommend using their airport transfer service. Arrived early for pickup

Driver arrived ahead of scheduled time at hotel (was very prompt) and we had a smooth and pleasant transfer to the (New) Ulaanbataar Airport. Anyone booking this trip needs to be aware that at many times of the day, traffic in the city is very congested / backed up. The driver/ owner of this service will arrange pickup time based on the flight departure, and upon the anticipated time required to reach the airport at that time of day. The ride can vary from 1 to 3 hours, depending on traffic.

Ankhaa is a very nice driver we used from our hostel to the airport. Our flight was rather early morning, and he could pick us up on time. (Actaully, he came before time 30 mins. that's very good.) He gave us 3 bottles of water when we got on a car. He drive smoothly. He also can communicate English very well and enjoys talking with people. We could communicate with him before hands to check and confirm via WhatsApp, it was very convenient to keep contact and didn't miss the date.

I booked at the last minute and had entered the wrong details so I phoned to explain and my driver, Ankhaa was there for me which was great and it was a very comfortable drive and he was very knowledgeable and good company.

This experience never happened. I paid for the trip, but the driver never showed up. Even after reaching out, the guide never responded. It was horrible, and I had to make other arrangements to be at the airport on time. Be very careful with this seller. I recommend choosing a different service.

The vehicle arrived on time and the driver was very friendly. My pickup point was far away from the downtown, but Viator service didn't mind and came to pick me up. Thank you.

Ankhaa was very helpful, arrived promptly waiting at the airport for pickup. Followed up after the transfer with recommendations on places should go within walking distance or suggested day tours. Fluent English, good communication.
