Great staff and very helpful breakfast wa lovely and pool was very warm will be back again soon my son loved it and was very happy with it
This was pretty cool. I like the fact that we still get to experience universal before the horror nights. One thing I did not like is how long goes on for horror night. Some rides were literally hours waiting.
One of the best amusement parks to visit during Halloween season. Highly recommend horror nights to any haunted house enthusiasts or anyone looking to have a good scare. Only feedback is haunted house should move a little quicker as lines are hours long.
Hi Jeremy! Thank you for writing in about your recent visit to our after hours event, Halloween Horror Nights. We hope it was spooktacular and gave you the chills! We appreciate your feedback and will consider it for future events in the upcoming years.
I have used Viator for the last 10 years and my experience can summarize it in responsibility and excellence!!!!
They told my son with Autism they had no special accommodations for him because all the mazes were accessible to all. Meaning, you have to pay for your memeber with disability and friends for Express pass to get special accommodations like less waiting in line. Otherwise expect 60 to 100+ minute wait line. The IBCCES Access App is worthless. Means nothing here. Again, because all the mazes are "accessible".
We're sorry to hear that you were unable to be accommodated to your standard while at our Park. We recommend Guests seeking accommodations to register with IBCCES for a more streamlined screening experience.
We recently attended Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Orlando and had a blast — though I’ll admit, there were parts that felt a bit intense for our 11-year-old. Overall, it was worth it and a night we’ll remember! The scare zones were a good for all of us and the Five Nights at Freddy’s house was fun. We went into the Fallout House but was a touch scary for the 12 year old. Still, lots of fun! Loved the cats!!!
Brilliant!! Sooooooo good!! Was scared in most of the houses. Fast pass needed. We didn’t get fast passes and queueing was a pain.
Worst experience ever had trouble getting into the park someone in front of me while going through security had problems and for some reason they ask us to leave and come back the next day. Try calling the one 800 number got no help. I lost my money and parking.
Unfortunately you guys took my money, I wasn’t even able to attend the event. I made a simple mistake and booked for Hollywood, which it should’ve been Orlando. All I ask for was a transfer or my money back. So greedy for money. How you just take $155?
We had a great studio back lot tour fun and very informative. Guides were great, very knowledgeable. The park itself is not giant, so you can calmly do all the attractions in one day, you even can tour in the studio, which is very well worth it. All the attraction par excellence, beautiful settings and experiences to live with the various attractions. In most of the sets, it feels like being on actually in movie set. Most of the rides are catered for the young kids. We spent many hours in the theme park area on site which is great, It is divided into various themed areas: you will find the Simpsons area, the Jurassic world area, the Super Mario area and the World of Harry Potter. in particular theHarry Potter themed village featuring a massive recreation of Hogwarts is absolutely stunning. A really great amusement park!
