Itinerario

This tour was fabulous, I loved it. Andy was outstanding - knowledgeable, fun and friendly. I highly recommend this tour to people who love the books and people who want an interesting insight into Gaborone life.
It was an absolute delight hosting your tour and thank you for trusting us with your experience
Andy was nice and very knowledgeable. Not just a book tour, but a tour of the city of Gaborone.
Thank you for allowing us to host your Mma Ramotswe adventure
I had a wonderful morning visiting some of Mma Ramotswe’s favourite places. My guide Andy was very knowledgeable and helpful.
Andy was a very pleasant guy who really knew his stuff. As well as taking us around town to the places mentioned in the books he also filled us in on the history of the country and lots of information about the Botswana way of life. Tea at the President hotel was a great chance to really follow in the footsteps of Mma Ramotswe and feel we had immersed ourselves in my favorite books! Thanks Andy for a great tour which was personal and comfortable.
Andy is a terrific guide. Personable, knowledgeable, flexible. We very much enjoyed the tour. We much appreciated how he tailored the tour to our desires and added other things we also enjoyed.
This is a wonderful introduction to Gaborone and Botswana through the lens of this famous book series. The guide was fabulous and concerned to ensure I had a good time, a comfortable time and a learning time,
If you are a fan of the book this is a great tour. We were picked up from the hotel by our guide Andy who drove us around the capital. Some interesting history of the country and a tour of all the important sites in the books like Zebra Drive, Speedy motors and we had a cup of tea at the President Hotel overlooking the market. It took all morning and was well worth it.
You would need to have read the books to get the most out of this tour, but you learn a lot about Botswana’s eventful history along the way. Our guide Andy was very knowledgeable, and the tour combined the nostalgia of the books with a flavour of modern-day Gaborone. Highlights included the Three Dikgosi monument, a visit to Zebra Way, and the real-life inspiration for Speedy Motors. We even saw a tiny white van on the way! Highly recommended for fans of the books who want to find out more about the inspiration for the characters and stories, as well as Botswana’s rich heritage. Top marks to Andy.
Thoroughly enjoyable and Andy explained a lot of Botswana history as well. We saw all the literary locations we wanted to and had tea at the President Hotel. Brilliant.
My sister and I - both Mma Ramotswe fans - were very fond from the interesting and entertaining tour with Andy. He was able to answer questions about Botswana’s history, present and population in a committed and informed manner. And by visiting some locations of the books, Mma Ramotswe's story became Almost tangible. Last but not least, it was just nice to realize that Andy - like Mma Ramotswe - loves his country. --
Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts as well as allowing us to host your Mma Ramotswe adventure. We hope to host you again in future
