It was very entertaining and worth every penny Food and entertainment were both good. Staff were very welcoming and nice. Quick to answer any questions you may have.
Billed as Tall ships experience around Manhattan but on 7/3 they were scheduled to be in Sandy Hook NJ. No ships in harbor! Fraud! Requested plated dinner but food was mediocre buffet. Barely edible. Made us stand at far end of pier in 100 degree without any shade. Boarding staff was incredibly rude and loud and disorganized. Signage non existent and some did not have tickets and were pulled from boarding line. Wait staff Ani was sweet but bartenders prioritized people who came to bar. Music endless very loud rap and Hispanic. Even disembarking delayed because the ramp was so slippery people kept falling. Buffet on first floor but heat from heaters made it crazy hot. They should have cleaned or used towels to dry it. Don’t go on this boat!
We had a nice dinner while touring New York harbor. Plus, there was a live band with dancing. Overall, a wonderful experience.
I took my mother on this dinner cruise for her birthday and we both enjoyed it. The staff, food and music were amazing!
My husband and I celebrated my birthday as well as our anniversary. The weather was absolutely beautiful and cooperated the dinner cruise was absolutely amazing. The food was great entertainment was fantastic and the scenery was out of this world. The pictures I will treasure forever. Even my husband who lived in New York most of his life had never experienced and seen the Statue of Liberty or any skyline lit up that way. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. You gave us both a memory that we will always treasure.
Beautiful views, but the food was not good. It was pretty and presented well, but was mediocre at best. The wait staff did well. Initially it was difficult to locate our boat and the security guard was so rude and wouldn’t help us , just yelled at us foto line up against the wall. We paid for the upgraded tour but it was not worth the additional $200.
We apologize for the behavior of the security gaurd. The security for the pier are not employed by us. We will report this behavior to the correct party.
The overall experience was good, The setup is great but they got our drinks wrong, their coffee machine was broken, ( big problem for me I do not drink alcohol I drink coffee when I go out), and they overcooked my steak. I had to wait in line to get on the boat and the fact that I paid $100 more per ticket for VIP I thought there should have been a separate line. That being said it wasn't for a lack of effort by staff and they had a good attitude.
Well it started late because they let the FIFA soccer boat go before us debarking so we were almost an hour late taking off but once on board it was great scenery the food was good. Got some great pics!!!!
Weekend getaway with friends in NYC. This cruise was so fun and the weather was beautiful, the tour guide was very knowledgeable.
Terrible. I paid for main cabin and all bathrooms were three flights. The elevator was broken. The boat showed up late by 40 minutes and it was raining with no overhead cover everyone got soaked. There was only one choice of wine which was cheap and terrible. They were only two choices of meals and they were not good. The meat was poor quality, and the salmon tasted old. The entertainment was on the next deck and my wife who has back troubles could not walk up the steps. It was a challenge just to get her to the bathroom. this was the worst cruise out to five that I have taken the boat which was supposed to be the Luisa of the seas turned out to be a small boat that was rusty not well cared for and small. I paid for high-quality service and did not get it. I did leave appropriate gratuities only because it’s in my my nature to take care of the waiters despite a poor experience.
