¡Únase a este divertido recorrido gastronómico, con guías criados localmente que tienen generaciones de conocimiento! Este recorrido es único porque disfrutará de una experiencia gastronómica de Nuevo México cuidadosamente seleccionada. Experimente la comida de Nuevo México y descubra algunos de los mejores lugares para los amantes de la comida cerca de Santa Fe Plaza. En el recorrido, también aprenderá sobre la historia de Santa Fe, la comida, la cultura y los puntos históricos de interés como el Palacio de los Gobernadores, la Misión de San Miguel (la estructura de la iglesia más antigua de los EE. UU.) y El Loreto. Capilla (Hogar de la Escalera Milagrosa). Verá el corazón de Santa Fe, donde comenzó la ciudad, mientras reúne una breve introducción a la historia.
Al caminar hacia nuestra primera parada, veremos la Basílica construida en 1866.
Durante nuestra charla de introducción, estaremos en la plaza, directamente frente al Palacio de los Gobernadores, el edificio público más antiguo de los Estados Unidos.
Nos detendremos y contaremos la historia de la construcción de la Escalera Milagrosa en 1888 dentro de la Capilla Loretto. No entramos en la Capilla, pero sí animamos la entrada después de nuestro recorrido para pasar un tiempo significativo en el museo. Hay una cuota de entrada de $ 5 a la capilla.
La estructura de iglesia más antigua de los Estados Unidos, construida en 1610, a mano con un grupo de frailes e indígenas locales. No ingresamos a la Misión de San Miguel, pero le recomendamos que vuelva a visitarla después de que finalice el recorrido. Hay una pequeña cuota de entrada en la Misión y el museo de $ 4.
Vislumbraremos el "Roundhouse", que es el edificio de la capital de Nuevo México. Aprenderás un poco sobre la arquitectura y la razón por la que se construyó la estructura.

Jose was phenomenal and super knowledgeable. The whole tour was very well executed and i would recommend it to anyone.
It is a unique experience. New Mexican food is in a class of its own. Our guide not only explained the nuances of New Mexican food but also the many choices of restaurants in the area. Also, an excellent walking tour. Book it early in your stay and you will have a list of places you want to return to eat.

After being to different food tours, this is one of the best. José, the guide, has been great. His passion about the Hispanic communities and his knowledge of the town have made the experience unforgettable. There were four stops (three savory and one sweet). Really good. Alcohol is included. Few tips before going: 1) Have a light breakfast before since they feed you pretty well 2) if you have any food allergy, let them know in advance so that they adapt to your needs 3) drink lots of water. Having three margaritas with the heat is not the best option 4) if you don’t drink alcohol, make sure that you let me them know that you want mocktails. At the end of the tour, Jose will provide you with many activities to do and places to eat. Jose, you were great. Thanks for making your culture visible!!
Very good food tour of several restaurants
This is an awesome way to experience Santa Fe's history, culture and food. We were a group of 5 and everyone absolutely loved the experience. The food and drinks were amazing and Jose is a wonderful and charming tour guide. We look forward to returning and signing up for one of his other fine dining tours!
This food tour must be included as a top priority for your Santa Fe itinerary! Our guide Jose has a gift with his knowledge of the region, the foods served, and ability to make it fun. Each dish was spectacular and the experience reminded me of a progressive dinner.
As we leave Santa Fe, we have decided our food tour was the highlight of our trip! Jose, was awesome and had a plethora of knowledge about the history, food, culture and tequila of New Mexico. We highly recommend. We went into our tour thinking the trip to NM was a one and done. We will now be coming back with what we have learned.
Before our Santa Fe travel, we read numerous articles and watched videos on the food scene. We felt we knew it well, but we had so much more to learn. It was so worth our money & time to do the tour on our first day in Santa Fe.
I felt that this was mediocre. The food was nothing special and we went to restaurants that I definitely would not have on my “to go” places to eat. The sampling sizes were just right. I felt that the margarita tasting with each tasting was interesting since it offered a variety of tastes at each restaurant. The tour guide enjoyed hearing himself talk and our questions were quickly dismissed or challenged with him going back to his voice box. He was knowledgeable but I got tired of him defending the food after he asked for our opinion. Perhaps my palate is a bit more upscale so this wasn’t exactly for me. The owner was communicative and pleasant to deal with.
