Easy booking and ticket pick up. Wonderful experience using the audio tour. Truly amazing to see original items still in the castle. It should be noted that there is A LOT of steep walking and stair climbing!
Very bad experience. You have to go to another town to pick up the ticket. And can only be 90 mins before. Ended up gave up.

Pickup and the tour of the castle all went smoothly, and we were very satisfied with the service. The castle itself is also very beautiful.
I didn't have any problems with the tour operator, neither for picking up the tickets nor for using the app or anything else. The visit to the castle, however, was a big disappointment. The duration is 30 minutes; you see about fifteen rooms. The audio guide is operated by the group leader; each group is made up of 35-40 people, and the groups enter every five minutes. So you don't have time to see things well, nor to linger to observe or go back to see a detail you missed. Furthermore, you can't even take photos in the castle, and it's a shame because the interiors are truly beautiful. In my opinion, however, it's not worth the money spent, considering that there were four of us, two adults and two children, to which you have to add €12 for parking, €32 for the carriage ride (our choice, obviously), and a whopping €9 for two half-liter bottles of water. Basically $180 for a 30-minute visit; hence my huge disappointment. I expected more parts of the castle to be visitable, or at least that we could also access the towers to enjoy the view.
Very good, the castle tour. We had ideal weather. The only drawbacks: finding parking (it costs money) and finding the shop to pick up my tickets (I drove around for 30 min) because the shop does not have the TripAdvisor logo and I do not speak German.
Magnificent castle, too bad you cannot take any photos of the interiors. Very poorly explained how to pick up the tickets which are located 15 minutes by car from the castle.
It was a very nice visit. Spent the weekend in Füssen and were able to pick up our tickets for Hohenschwangau before arriving at the same time.
Booked last minute. And we got entry tickets guaranteed.
