Poor Experince with negligible support from the local authorities.

1. Unfortunately nobody knew about this place n we struggled for 15 minutes before reaching the venue on 28th December 2025 . 2. There was no English speaking guide but one of the local person employed in the place tried to expain the details. 3. We are Indians (with 2 senior citizens of + 60 years age, 1 adult, 2 small children of 7 n 10 years), so why we were made to pay such high priced entrance ticket (Rs 1493.34p) & also asked for my passport details. This whole programme needs to be handled more professiinally & reasonably priced. G.S. Madan, Mumbai, India.

Nariman house - A place That Leaves a Deep Mark on the Heart

I recently visited Nariman House (Chabad House), one of the major sites affected during the 26/11 Mumbai terrorist attacks, and the experience was deeply emotional and eye-opening. This is the same building where terrorists held hostages for nearly two days, and where the NSG Commandos carried out a high-risk rooftop operation to rescue survivors. The bullet marks, preserved rooms, and real stories shared during the tour take you back to the intensity of that night. I booked the tour through BookMyShow, and it was arranged by Khaki Tours, who delivered an exceptionally well-structured and informative experience. Their explanation of the timeline—how terrorists entered, the hostage situation, the international attention, and finally the NSG’s successful intervention—was presented with accuracy and sensitivity. Standing inside Nariman House makes you truly appreciate the courage of our security forces and the resilience of the victims. This place is not just a location; it is a powerful reminder of humanity’s strength against terrorism. I highly recommend everyone to visit at least once. A truly unforgettable and meaningful experience that teaches history, courage, and unity.

Tour of the Nariman (Chabad) House

I've been wanting to visit the Nariman lighthouse museum and memorial for over 2 years now, but couldn't manage to go. As soon as I saw a guided tour of it, I immediately booked the next available tour! It was a very touching and beautiful tour. We've all heard about 26/11 multiple times, but hearing stories of the individual victims (as our host Kaevan put it "attacks like these are not just about the place, but about the people") and seeing the damage caused to the house made it feel very real and sad. I'm glad to have done it, not just to see the aftermath (still preserved so many years later) but to memorialise the victims by hearing their stories.
