Salida de Kioto
Reúnete con tu guía en el punto de encuentro y sube al tren expreso a Nara para comenzar la aventura del día. Pasa por la estatua de Gyoki
Desde allí, te dirigirás al parque Nara, donde verás al amigable y libre ciervo Sika, considerado mensajero sagrado de los dioses en la religión sintoísta. Contempla los vastos espacios abiertos y la exuberante vegetación, y toma algunas fotos con el ciervo (considerado el símbolo de Nara), antes de dirigirte a Todaiji.
Este sitio declarado Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la UNESCO se alza majestuosamente dentro del parque y alberga el impresionante Gran Buda (Daibutsu), una de las estatuas de bronce de Buda más grandes de Japón. Lo siguiente es un almuerzo tradicional en el restaurante Kotoya, donde podrá disfrutar de algunas especialidades locales de Nara antes de dirigirse al santuario Kasuga Taisha.
Admira el pintoresco santuario adornado con miles de faroles colgantes antes de dar un paseo por Naramachi y echar un vistazo a las estrechas callejuelas bordeadas de casas de comerciantes tradicionales bien conservadas que resumen la esencia del período Edo.

The tour to Nara was an amazing experience. We were able to enjoy each place calmly and learn a lot about the local history and culture. Really enjoyed our tour with Katsuhiko Ishida. He was very knowledgeable of the area and had a command of the English language like a native speaker. He made the experience so interesting and fun and Nara is a real enjoyable place with the friendly deer.

Nara is the must-see city in Japan. Just a short train ride from Kyoto or Osaka. The deer are so charming and friendly. Feeding them is a blast. Temple and Shrine are off the charts beautiful. Don’t forget to eat Mochi. Our guide Yochee is a Nara native and brings a lot of intimate flavor to the experience.
