It's a walking tour in its entirety but the spots are near each other. Our tour guide Salvo is excellent and the tour operator Domenico is accomodating and flexible. Since were all seniors, we were tired of walking after the tour and he arranged for a van to take us back to the port instead of walking back, free of charge! That was much appreciated. Try the canoli!
Our guide, Salvatore, was great. Shared so much information. We really gained an understanding of Palermo’s history. We would highly recommend Salvatore as a guide.
Thank you so much.
Salvatore was a very informative and friendly guide. He provided a lot of historical information in a very helpful way. In a group from 84 to 20 years old we all enjoyed the tour.
Our guide was Salvadore and he was exceptional. There was just the two of us on this tour and Salvo allowed us the opportunity to choose what we wanted to do/see for the 3.5 hours. Between the 3 of us we saw everything we wanted to see and more. Salvo showed us a few places of interest that many people don’t see including taking us to a couple of his favourite sites and allowed us the opportunity to go to the Norman Palace and chapel knowing that was one of the places we were keen on seeing. We enjoyed our time with Salvo and would recommend him to anyone who wants to explore the old city.
My husband and I went on the "Mysteries of Palermo" walking tour. Our tour guide, Ester, made our whole trip to Palermo so much more interesting and exciting! Her English is excellent and she took us places we would not have found ourselves. We are so glad we decided to do the tour. We would recommend it to anyone who is interested in Italian history and culture.
Our guide was wonderful! Knowledgeable, pleasant, funny and personable. A view of the city and its history that we could not have gotten by ourselves. Highly recommended!
With a local guide, it's a whole different thing! The Palermo of mysteries, history, monuments, Arabic domes, the cathedral. A beautiful city, that we loved thanks to our local guide Simon, a true lover of his city. Surely we will try the other tours of this company!
Palermo, wonderful! I booked this tour for me and my girlfriend because we were attracted by the title related to mysteries and curiosities. Palermo is really a wonderful city! Congratulations to the local guide Simon, a great expert of his city! I recommend it!
We really recommend this tour that leads you to discover the most curious and hidden part of the beautiful city of Palermo, a city rich in history and monuments that needs a local guide to discover it. Recommended!
Our trip to Palermo was a unique experience, more than we expected. To discover the many treasures that this cosmopolitan city contains, we chose this tour that allowed us to taste the true taste of Palermo. From Norman to Byzantine influences, this tour allows you to delve into the narrow streets of the city to discover hidden treasures that perhaps we would never have been able to find on our own on our trip. the thousand churches, the scents and colors of the markets, the sky and the air of the city have bewitched us. the guides are efficient, punctual and always friendly, ready to tell you some curious story and answer any questions. Value for money really great. Highly recommended
