Fantastic experience. Clear instructions and really enjoyed the guided tour. Highly recommended
The booked tour has been postponed by one day. On site we stood in line for over 1 hour in front of the entrance. The reason was that no tickets were organized, only a reservation. No response from Tourrr on request. It on pressure from booking com was refunding us part of the excessive price. So don't worry about bookings with Tourrr!!
We were told our tickets were not valid by email & text just before our visit was due to take place

They canceled the day before, leaving me no time to rebook with another provider. As a result, I’ll miss the Sistine Chapel during my limited stay in Rome.

Well organized, explaining and in the doubts were very inquisitive. It was much better to have purchased the tickets in advance. It prevented us from being in long queues. We really liked the walk.

Not even audio guide and long wait in the rain and not clear instructions. Could have gotten these for way less.

We made a reservation for vatican museums in December. I received helpful instructions about how to get there. On the day of our visit the queue of people waiting without ticket was very long. Fortunately, we had booked our visit and we arrived at the entrance very quickly. I strongly recommend booking your visit in advance.
