Tried canceling and postponing date and no reply. Never got a reply from organizers. Would 100% recommend someone else
Dear Client, Unfortunately, according to the Vatican Museums’ rules, once the tickets are issued in your name for the selected date and time, they cannot be cancelled, refunded, or changed to another date. These conditions are set by the Vatican Museums and are unfortunately beyond our control.
Highly marked up Vatican museum tickets. There is no “experience” besides the reseller just walking you to the entrance. I’m pretty sure the guide (if you can call them that) had us cut the line to get to the front. For the short time we were with the guide, they were kind and sweet but overall not an experience I would rebook or recommend to others. Vatican museum was very busy and hot but that’s expected during summer.
Dear Client, We were surprised to see a one-star rating despite the fact that the services provided were fully in accordance with your reservation. Of course, everyone has different perspectives, but given the service that was provided exactly as booked, this rating is difficult for us to understand. To better appreciate the value of the Skip the Line service, you would only have needed to experience the regular entrance queue that day, which was approximately two to three hours due to the museum being closed in the preceding days. You were able to enter without waiting in that long queue. Your reservation included skip-the-line entry to the Vatican Museums and the Sistine Chapel. Our colleague accompanied you to the entrance and provided the necessary assistance and guidance. All services provided were exactly as stated at the time of booking. If you expected any additional service beyond what was included, we would have been happy to know what you had in mind.
The only quirk was that one had to go to the Viator agency to have the Voucher in hand and from there go meet the clients at the museum entrance. One day prior, for a Colosseum entry through VIATOR, the vouchers were delivered electronically.

The ticket location is easy to find and avoiding the lines is nice, but it is not worth paying so much for a ticket that is much cheaper on the official website

It was very pleasant weather and the temperature in the museum was ok. The guide was very helpful given us other things to look at. Some other stuff that I haven't seeing in our last trip to the museum. Very good information about tour.

Excellent option to avoid long lines. The agency employee was very kind and accompanied us to the entrance, giving us useful information to navigate inside the museum.

We were looking forward to this experience and when the day came no one contacted us. We made it to the checkpoint and no one was there. The security wouldn’t help us and finally when we found someone from the company he told us he would sell us another 2 tickets but wouldn’t let us in when we were 2 mins late because of all the confusion. Highly disappointed can’t explain how we felt. No refund no experience. Never again will we be purchasing from this company again. Tip show up extra early 15 mins before might not be enough.
Dear Customer, We had hoped your review would accurately reflect what happened. In fact, after reading it, we were initially confused as to whether this review was even about our company, as several details do not match what actually occurred. On the day of the tour, our team contacted you several times by phone and through the official Viator messaging system, but received no response. Approximately two hours later, you replied saying, “we missed time,” without ever coming to our office or meeting with our team. Your review also states that no one contacted you and that you were offered two additional tickets, neither of which is true. We sent you screenshots of the calls and messages as clear proof of our attempts to reach you. We would also like to clarify that these days, the Vatican allows guests to enter even when they arrive late. Therefore, the claim that you were denied entry because of a two-minute delay does not reflect the actual circumstances. We respect every customer’s experience, but we believe reviews should be based on accurate facts.

There is a huge amount to see in the museum and chapel. The tickets simply allow you to get in without queueing

It is a long and exhausting visit, but it is worth it. The girl from the agency was very kind and pleasant; she explained in detail how to do the visit and details that made it more interesting.
