Excellent tour. Two hours of interesting history.

Very knowledgeable guide and good sized group. An incredibly hot day but a wonderful experience. The sense of history is quite overwhelming.

Our guide was fantastic, she told us the whole history about the the vatican museum, Sisteen Chapel and St Peter's Basilica. Her English was very good 👍. Highly recommended this giuded tour.

Great places, comptent guide, Unfortunately the sistine chapel was closed due to conclave. The collections in the museum are impressive

This tour is packed full of history and both the Vatican and Sistine Chapel were absolutely beautiful. The painting and sculptures were breathtaking. However we were totally unprepared for the amount of stairs and walking that it required to get through the museum. There is also a point of no return, once you start it you have to finish.

Marta made it look easy, navigating through the extreme heat and the endless crowds. I would not have done this tour alone, would have run from the crowd but then listening to contents she was providing, made it quite interesting.

I was planing a trip to Italy since 2023 and i booked more than a month ago 2 tickets for vatican museum with this company. Ten days before the Tour they send me a message telling me that they simply dont have the tickets anymore and if I cant pay 200 euros MORE to buy a guided tour I could cancel and get a refound. But i didnt wanted a refound because at that tim (last then 10 days before we arrive) new tickets was too more expansive (325 euros). The Get Your Guide Team didnt resolve anithing but at least they answered me. This company just desapeared and didnt helped with anything. They overbooked selling more tickets than they could and than tried to force a married sale at three times the original value to offer what was already bought more than months ago. Unfortunately our dream of getting to know the Vatican was frustrated thanks to the trust we placed in its services, we do not know when it will be the next one to come to Italy, since this was our honeymoon schedule. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!

The start time for the provider (Once upon a time tours) was 12:00, although we booked with Tiqets for 11:30, which meant the waiting time was unnecessarily long. We booked our tour through Tiqets.com. Regarding the organization: Unfortunately we were a bit unlucky with the weather and had to queue in the rain for the first security check, which took about an hour. A skip-the-line ticket doesn't help here either. You didn't notice the skip-the-line ticket after the security check, because the entire stream of visitors went in one direction and you just went with the crowd. Unfortunately there isn't much time in the museums to look at the exhibits, because the entire stream of visitors goes through like a constant stream and it's extremely crowded. So it unfortunately feels like you're just walking past. I think it would have been difficult to stay in one place even without a guided tour. The tour guide (Martha) spoke excellent English. You only get headphones at the entrance to the museums, which is why you only get to hear a lot from then on, but then you also get to hear a lot while walking through the museums and St. Peter's Basilica. You get new headphones for St. Peter's Basilica, which unfortunately means a bit of unnecessary waiting time. In the Sistine Chapel and St. Peter's Basilica you also have some time for yourself, after the end of the tour you can stay in St. Peter's Basilica as long as you like and if you want you can climb up to the dome (not included in this package).

The tour was absolutely knowlegeable and fantastic. It felt like you're in a time machine, bringing back history to the present. Many thanks to Marta ❤️ because she explained well every segment of the museum and the Basilica. She's nice, pretty, fun and never hesitate to answer all our queries. Will definitely book tour again with them. Highly recommended!
