Seller charged double price for ticket face value. Not answering messages. Refuse refund overcharged amount

The activity agent has to book the time for you, and if they make mistake like ours, then ends up creating extra wasted time to ensure that we could get, such as waiting in two queues. We did eventually get in, but it created anxiety and wasted time. The tickets also says must present Marina Sands membership which also worried me as the tickets had someone else’s name on it. Fortunately, it was not asked for. This is only for TeamLabs, not the rest of the museum, which was a bit confusing. The museum has multiple exhibits and each one has a separate fee or can be bundled. There is no general admission for the museum. We have been to the Tokyo TeamLabs so this was quite small in comparison. If you haven’t been, it’s worth checking out but perhaps book direct.

Great spot for photos and a must-visit if you enjoy art, technology, and unique experiences.
