My family really enjoyed the tour with Richard and we were so glad we booked as the place is huge and I’m not sure where we would start if we went on our own. Richard was also very flexible allowing us to tailor the experience to the areas of greatest interest and even extended tour by an extra half hour free of charge! Very highly recommended.
The tour was wonderful. There are so many things to see that having a guide with a theme for the tour really helped pull a lot of the pieces together. Richard was knowledgeable and answered so many questions.
Our guide, Yulia, was outstanding. Very knowledgeable. The tour was tailored to our interests. As I understand it, she serves as a guide for many experiences in London. I would not hesitate to request her for any of them.

What an amazing museum, and our guide Yuliya made our experience a truly special one. Her incredibly detailed knowledge of the artifacts brought history to life for us. Yuliya was exceptionally kind and accommodating us for being a tad bit late too! It almost felt like we were gliding through the museum from one amazing exhibit to the next. What an amazing place with a genuinely wonderful guide - who smiled the entire time and enjoyed narrating our journey through it. One million percent recommend it!
