Makho is such a great guide, who is knowledgeable, truly caring for his country and just a great person. My trip was personalized according to my interest and preferences. The car was really nice as well. Overall awesome experience and I wouldn’t change anything if I get to do it again. Highly recommend Makho for any tour in Sakartvelo
Makho was a very experienced and knowledgeable tour guide and driver. He drove very safely and comfortable. He also recommended meals that suit us during the trip. We felt very happy with the trips and the tour service provided by Makho. Highly recommended to use his tour service.
This tour was amazing! The archeological and cultural wonders were spectacular. The experience provided a very comprehensive history of Georgia, past and present. My guide, Gia, was not only very knowledgeable, but a great storyteller with an excellent sense of humor. Gia is also an amazing photographer! I typically hate having my picture taken, but he made me feel comfortable and look great. Awesome all around!
Our trip with Paata-san was truly memorable. He was friendly, passionate, and very knowledgeable about religion, Georgian history, and culture. He explained everything with great enthusiasm, which made the tour both interesting and enjoyable for us. He is also a guide full of humor and warmth, and we always felt comfortable during the trip. Thanks to him, we could understand Georgia much more deeply and enjoy the experience even more. Highly recommended to everyone visiting Georgia!
Our 10-day journey through Georgia felt nothing short of a private luxury experience, and that’s entirely thanks to our amazing guide, Makho ✨ From the moment we landed in Tbilisi to our final farewell, everything was smooth, thoughtful, and beautifully curated. Makho’s English is impeccable, making every conversation effortless—whether we were chatting about Georgia’s rich history or just sharing laughs along the way. We explored the stunning landscapes of Gudauri, the charm of Kutaisi, and the vibrant coastal vibe of Batumi—but what made it truly special was how Makho turned every stop into an experience, not just a visit. He has incredible knowledge of Georgia, but what really sets him apart is his heart. Always warm, always smiling, and always one step ahead—making sure we were comfortable, happy, and soaking in every moment. It genuinely felt like we were traveling with a friend who wanted us to fall in love with his country ❤️ Every detail, from airport pickup to drop-off, was handled with care and professionalism. No stress, no rush—just pure enjoyment and unforgettable memories. If you’re looking to explore Georgia in style, comfort, and with someone who truly cares—Makho is the one. He didn’t just guide us… he made this trip magical ✨
I spent a total of seven days touring with Makho, and I’m so glad I did. He is a wealth of information and works tirelessly to provide a deep dive into the history, culture, politics, and geography of Georgia. I learned far more than I ever could have on my own. He was also quite flexible with his planning, even while we were on the road, tailoring my tour to the things he could see excited me. He added extra stops as time allowed—places we hadn’t specifically discussed beforehand—making it clear that his priority was maximizing my experience. At this point, I consider him a friend, and I would very much look forward to seeing him again the next time I’m in Georgia.
He is a super goud loves his job and very passionate about it that makes him the best love to spend more time with him
We had a wonderful tour and an amazing experience thanks to our five-star guide. He gave a lot of clear and interesting explanations, was very friendly and talkative, and shared plenty of history, anecdotes, and local stories that made the trip truly memorable. You could really feel how much he loves his country and how proudly he promotes it. He was very serious about safety, with careful and smooth driving, and he gave us excellent tips during the tour as well as after. Everything was perfectly organized, making it an ideal experience for a family trip. We warmly recommend this guide and this tour!
We went on a 4 day tour with Makho Tours guided by Makho himself, and the tour from start to fiinsh was excellent. The tour was well organized and planned by Makho, and he also introduced us to the Georgia that many tourists do not get to visit, especially around the Tbilisi region. The personationlization, professionalism, and warm personality of Makho is what stood out the best. He always went the extra mile, and did more than any tour guide would. His explanations and personal experiences related to the historical sites, monuments, along with the different fables and culture added immense value to all the sites we visited. During the trip, he ensured that we as a family were comfortable and safe, along with providing insights and suggestions to make tweaks in the plan for the day that left us all happy. One would definitely find the experience worth the effort, and I would recommend Makho to anyone who plans to visit Georgia.
My friends and I just spent five wonderful days with Makho exploring Georgia’s Kazbegi mountain area and Kakheti wine region. His deep knowledge and genuine passion for his beautiful country made the trip unforgettable. We learned so much and would highly recommend Makho to anyone visiting Georgia!
