Visite el volcán que destruyó Pompeya en esta fascinante excursión de tarde al Monte Vesubio con salida desde Nápoles. Tras subir a la cumbre del único volcán activo de la Europa continental, disfrutará de vistas panorámicas de la legendaria Bahía de Nápoles de este a oeste.

Itinerario
Únase al grupo, almuerce en una pizzería típica italiana y disfrute de una pizza y un refresco (incluidos). Atravesará la población de Torre del Greco para llegar al Parque Nacional del Vesubio, y después subirá andando hasta la cumbre del Vesubio para recorrer el perímetro del sobrecogedor cráter a 1.200 metros de altura. No se olvide de traer calzado cómodo para caminar. Para realizar la subida será necesario tener un nivel de forma física de medio a alto. Las vistas panorámicas de la Bahía de Nápoles que se divisan desde la cumbre han cautivado a los visitantes durante siglos. Después, asómese a las profundidades del cráter para ver columnas de vapor alzarse de las entrañas del volcán, dormido pero aún activo. Después regresará a su autobús de vuelva a Nápoles. El recorrido finaliza en el punto de partida por la tarde.

- Excursión en autobús: grupos de hasta 50 personas.
- En caso de que el Parque Nacional del Vesubio esté cerrado debido a las malas condiciones meteorológicas y/o a otras circunstancias que escapen a nuestro control, se le hará un reembolso por el importe de las entradas al parque.
- El recorrido no se cancelará por razones meteorológicas, vístase apropiadamente.
- Tenga en cuenta que en esta visita, de los 4 idiomas disponibles, solo el inglés está siempre garantizado

Our tour to Vesuvius was great and enjoyable hotel pick up was on time and very handy 2 hours free time to climb up have a cup of coffee and glass of wine at the peak of Vesuvius and get back more than enough. If you want to do Vesuvius tour in half of the day and get on to something else after I will highly recommend this tour…
There was no guide with us, just a driver. No information at all from him. We could have just used a taxi to get to Mt Vesuvius really. Had to change vehicles on the way back too as some people were going onto a different destination.
Yes Sir, this tour does not offer a guidance also because external guide are not allowed to access to Vesuvius national park. Regards
We missed the mark on this one. We should have picked a different type of tour. We basically only booked the shuttle service. So we were left navigating getting Audioguide to assist with the tour. The audio guides we purchased/rented were not good. Be sure to get good equipment so that you can enjoy the experience and have the tools to help quide you through the site. There is so much to absorb in Pompeii.
We could have organised this trip via public transportation at a lesser cost. Poor communication and little interaction from our “bus driver” throughout this excursion . Very disappointed in our outing.
Dear Caroline we understand your point of view but on this activity the driver just has to take you on the volcano, deliver entrance tickets and fix pick up point and time for the return trip and so he did. We provide exactly what we advertise, best regards.
It was ok, just don't expect any commentary. Its mostly transport your paying for. It's overpriced for what you get
We appreciated the personalized pick up and loved the experience ! It was efficient and we got to the top of the volcano pretty quickly !
Overall it provided a well transportation from naples to pompei for lunch then a drive up the mountain. Other than that, no real commentary from guide on the mountain and history etc. Could be more. But overall well organized, guided spoke English very well and were energetic :)
I like to book excursions more French was possible so to avoid going by car it is interesting. Pick-up at Naples station goes smoothly, we arrive in Pompeii to eat!! Indeed we all go to a large restaurant room (included in the reservation) and eat spaghetti, lasagna or pizza soft drinks included.... Let's go >1 hour. Departure by bus and from there logue minutes of waiting... the “guides” count and count as if it were the first time.... 2 words in French then Spanish and English and nothing more in French!! Arrival at the parking lot of Vesuvius ticket distribution and we have 1h20 to get up and down. The ascent path composed of stones and volcanic sand (souliers strongly advisors). We are upstairs in 30-40 min then time to make pictures of the crater (impressive even some smoke) and the Gulf of Naples (exceptional view) Then go down and buy some souvenirs.... 1h20 is too little!! Visit with great potential but wasted by a calamitous organization pity!!
by the time you arrive to the coach park you know there is not far to go now. Well its 1000 metre climb from here. The first bit of path is fairly steep, but once you get passed the 4th turn, its all gradually up hill from here. Takes about 30 minutes in good shoes - NO FLIP FLOPS !
This tour was very well organized with expert guides. The views from th ed top of vesuvius were breathtakin .
