Itinerario

The klook explained that the guide guide was supposed to lead us on the main hike, and word of mouth said that the guide had helped us take the best photos of Mount Rainier, so I thought I'd sign up for a guided tour. However, since the hike was free-for-all, I didn't know which course I'd be able to take back in time, so I just walked in vain, desperate to get back in time. It's not the guide's fault, he's wrong about the klook tour. The guide was kind. There were a number of courses, so I struggled.
Thank you for your honest feedback. We understand your frustration regarding the hiking portion of the tour. However, we would like to kindly clarify that our tour description has never stated that the guide will accompany guests on the hiking trails. At Paradise, with up to 12 guests on the tour, each person may prefer a different direction or pace, making it logistically impossible for the guide to accompany everyone individually. Therefore, the hiking portion is designed as free time for guests to explore on their own. We appreciate your kind words about our guide and are glad to hear that you found him helpful. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we hope to serve you better in the future.
It's a long day but well worth it! We stopped at several amazing overlooks/waterfalls and had time to hike when we stopped at the Paradise visitor Center. John took photos of each group so we could have some unique photos of us with the sites (rainbow in the background at the falls and reflection of the mountain next to us in the water)! While driving, John shared a wealth of knowledge about the city of Seattle and the park- it was an amazing day!
Thank you very much for your feedback! We are so happy to hear you enjoyed the service we've provided! We look forward to welcoming you back on your next visit!
It was great! A lot of freedom to explore. The time for each activity was perfect and the guide was very polite

The actual tour itself was well organized. Our tour guide, Cyrus, was friendly and well prepared. However we were shocked at the end of the tour when he told us what we owed him for a tip. $15.00 a person. We tip well but we certainly do not expect to be told the amount to tip. Not happy about that.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience from your recent trip with us. We are delighted to hear that you found the tour well organized and that Cyrus was friendly and well prepared. Your kind words will be passed along to him, and they mean a great deal to our team. We have also looked into your concern regarding the tip discussion at the end of the tour: the guide never stated that a $15 per person tip was mandatory to you or your husband. He was simply responding to your husband's question by explaining that other guests typically give a $15 tip. We sincerely regret that this exchange left a negative impression on you. Thank you once again for choosing to travel with us. We look forward to the opportunity to welcome you on one of our tours again in the future.
We signed up for this trip after hearing how busy and stressful a trip to the Mount Rainier national park could be. Boy were they right! We had a nice relaxing time and our guide, John, took us to some amazing places throughout the park. I would highly recommend booking this trip.

Overall very well organised as group is small at 12 people. However van leg space is also very tight. Book this if you just need transportation to Mt Rainier, and don’t expect much tour guide services
Thank you for taking the time to leave your comments. We're pleased to hear that you found the tour well organized and appreciated the small group size of 12 people. We do, however, regret that the van's legroom fell short of your expectations. Comfort is important to us, and your feedback on this point has been noted for our operations team as we review our transport arrangements. We also appreciate your assessment of the guide services. Your insight is helpful for setting realistic expectations for future guests, and we will certainly take it into consideration as we strive to improve our overall experience. Thank you again for choosing to travel with us, and we hope to welcome you back for a more comfortable and rewarding trip in the future.
Guide was very pushy on tips. I get it but don’t need to demand it was planning on tipping but not what he was requiring.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We sincerely apologize for the discomfort you experienced regarding the guide's approach to gratuities during your tour.We fully understand your feelings. Tipping is meant to be a voluntary gesture of appreciation for good service, and it should never feel like a demand or a requirement. We are sorry that the guide's manner came across as pushy and made you feel pressured, especially when you had already intended to tip.For your reference, our tour documentation does include a gratuity disclosure, which states: "Gratuities (Recommend 15% - 20% for Driver and Guide, we would be appreciated)." This is intended as a helpful guideline for guests who may be unfamiliar with local tipping customs, and not as a compulsory charge. Please rest assured that we have addressed this matter directly with the guide involved. We are reinforcing our internal training to ensure that all guides communicate gratuity information in a respectful, discreet, and pressure-free manner at all times. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future for a much more comfortable and enjoyable experience.
The tour guide was knowledgeable and willing to help with photos and information. The mountain is beautiful and worth seeing. The guide was a bit harsh and difficult with a couple of guests.
Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the mountain and found the guide knowledgeable and helpful. We’re sorry to hear that the guide’s interaction with some guests came across as harsh. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will take it into consideration.
Mt. Rainier is absolutely breathtaking! I loved hiking the trails alongside this beautiful, snow-covered volcano. The scenery was stunning, and the whole experience was unforgettable. Jennifer was such a sweet, thoughtful, and capable guide and driver. She shared interesting history about the mountain and the surrounding area, which made the trip even more enjoyable. She also prepared lunch, drinks, and water for us, which was incredibly helpful and made the day so comfortable. She went above and beyond by taking photos for us and even sharing beautiful pictures of Reflection Lake, since we weren’t lucky enough to see the reflection ourselves. That was such a kind touch and really showed how much she cared about making sure we had a great experience. If you don’t want to drive yourself or only have one day to visit Mt. Rainier, I highly recommend this tour. It’s a wonderful way to enjoy the mountain without any stress!

Great day trip to Mount Rainier, well organised, good pre trip communications, particularly clear instructions from our guide John. John was a great host on the day, informative and at times philosophical! We were however on a bit of a tight timeframe having a dinner reservation back in downtown Seattle and the tour did overrun a fair bit, probably due to what I considered to be an overly long stop on the way back (for rest room/ice creams) and small overruns in the morning where other guests were late back to the van! Maybe I'm being pedantic but I think a firmer hand on guests early on in the day would have meant we'd have been comfortably on time rather than running for our dinner!
