Tour por el área de Mt.Fuji desde el puerto de Shimizu / Van Taxi

Our tour with Hiro as a guide was excellent! The tour was for Mt Fuji, White Thread falls, and a temple/shrine. Hiro and Takahachi San (our driver) strived to show us the best views of the mountain from different areas. Since it was very warm & humid out, our group was limited on the amount of walking we could do and Hiro worked hard to show us the best photo locations for us. Hiro took many photographs of our group and shared them with us after the tour. We really learned a lot about the history of the area. The van was very comfortable and people in our group received help getting into and out of the van as needed. Takahachi was an excellent and safe driver. Hiro and Takahachi really went out of their way to show us the sights, answer questions, and even assist us physically when the temperature was slowing us down. I can’t say enough great things about the tour they delivered for us on our stop in Shimizu. Very happy we were on that tour!

This is one of the best tours we have taken anywhere. Communication before was great and finding the meeting place was easy. Miyuki was the star of the trip. She kept us engaged with fantastic information about Japan and the areas we were visiting. We saw gorgeous spots we likely would not have found on our own. We are so grateful to Miyuki and our driver (Mr. Shiba-San) for giving us this wonderful overview of the Mt Fuji / Shizuoka area.

Nokubo was a fantastic guide. She is very knowledgeable, high energy, and planned lots of little extras like showing us how to fold origami, stopping to try soba noodles, and teaching us the Mt. Fuji song. Unfortunately Mt. Fuji was cloud covered, but she helped us feel like we were seeing it. She had a lot of helpful information about the lake, waterfalls, and temple. Nokubo was a fantastic guide. Also, we really appreciated being picked up and dropped off right at the cruise port. Our driver was great. We would absolutely do this tour again!

My family of 5 had a fantastic tour with Hama and our driver Shin. We hit Lake Tanuki, Shiraito falls, and the mt Fuji shrine on a 4 hour tour from the cruise port. Although Mt Fuji did not show herself, we had a great day and learned so much about the region. Hama was so knowledgeable and easy to speak with and Shin was a fantastic driver. It is super well organized, incredibly clean and comfortable van, and a fun, informative day. Hama also gave us recommendation for lunch which was also fantastic. Highly recommend this tour for cruise ship passengers!

We recently booked this wonderful trip on a days visit to Shimizu whilst in port on a cruise. I had booked online and pre-paid the trip, which was great value in comparison to similar excursions on offer by the cruise excursion team. Prior to arriving in port, I received a few messages from our guide Motoyuki Harasawa (Moto) who also put together a fantastic itinerary for us to see the best sights in Shimizu during our 6 hour trip, including Obuchi Sasaba tea plantation, Tanukiko Lake, Shiraito Waterfalls, Kashi no Ichi Fish Market, and then finishing off with a visit to Miho Pine Tree Grove and Beach with Haguruma Shrine, before taking us back to the port. From all points we could see Mount Fuji, however on the day of our visit there was a bit of mist, so she was visible intermittently during the day. We all thoroughly enjoyed our trip and very much enjoyed our time with Moto who was so proud to tell us all about his beautiful region. I would highly recommend booking with him for any trips you wish to do in Shimizu. He collected us from port as agreed and the car was very clean and comfortable, with air conditioning. A great day was enjoyed by us all.

We booked this based on the ratings here on TA and they are spot on. Our Guide Mizuki, was excellent. She was knowledgeable, engaging and funny. She put so much effort into our day and took charge of taking photos that she uploaded to a share site for us all to download. There were 4 coupes on the tour that were all from our cruise ship. Being such a small group it did not feel rushed and we all got time to acquaint with each other too. Overall I would highly recommend this tour and our guide Mizuki who made the whole day special. It was great value too compared to the ships offerings. I would not hesitate to book again and the whole group felt the same ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was our 2nd trip with Local Travel Partners in Shimizu. Without a doubt this is a nice excursion experience run by very caring people. Ted was our driver for the 2nd time and Kiyo was our guide. When we took this excursion we had been traveling for 35 days but we still very much enjoyed the view of Mt Fuji from the lake - even if only briefly but it happened for us :) - The falls were incredible as well. Our guide gave us local tips and we felt so well taken care of. Ted is a terrific driver and a very kind and gentle individual. After doing 2 tours with this company we do not feel you can make a mistake using them. We did book a private excursion so they could be flexible throughout the day, it was a nice end to our time in Japan! Brenda & Steve

What a good day with Yoko our guide, some beautiful places with good detail of the History and area, with many funny surprises during the trip, would definitely recommend this trip and if possible with Yoko, and not forget the driver Tom

Our guide Miyuki is a very lovely and kind lady. She has very good English language skills and is highly knowledgeable about every place we visit visited. She is very funny which made the whole experience even better. I give her my highest recommendation. 5 ⭐️
