Very beautiful experience Good tastings, beautiful show offered by the volcano and a guide, Bruna, who is passionate and took the time to explain everything to us in French and Italian.
Our tour guide Eduardo was great, very accommodating, friendly, trustworthy and really explained a lot to us. We felt very comfortable.

The tour with Florence was a pure pleasure: Florence shared her passion, her knowledge of the region's history and Mount Etna, her generosity, and above all her sense of empathy with us. She knew how to listen to each member of a group of 8 people from 3 different backgrounds: she goes at everyone's pace, gives a hand to those who need it, and allows the more adventurous to taste the pleasure of a themed hike! We had a wonderful time. It was stunning up Etna and we got to see incredible views, taste delicious local products and cool down in a cave! The only thing I was less of a fan of was the fact we booked an English tour but I think both English and Italian tours were combined so our guide had to keep switching and because there were fewer English speakers it sometimes felt a bit biased? But our guide did a fab job of keeping everyone engaged and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Also the bus’s aircon isn’t the strongest, so I would suggest a fan if you get particularly hot.
Peppe (Giuseppe Barbagallo) was absolutely amazing from beginning to end! He was professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about Mount Etna. The wine tasting was wonderful, and his recommendation to add the quad tour was one of the highlights of our entire trip—we had zero regrets! Salvo and Federico delivered an amazing Quad experience truly unforgettable and safe! After the quad tour, Peppe went above and beyond by taking us to La Grotta dei Tre Livelli, an unexpected bonus that made the experience even more unforgettable. He never rushed us and truly cared about making sure we had the best possible experience. This was one of the most memorable experiences of our lives, and Peppe made it even more special. I highly recommend this tour—and if you’re lucky enough to have Peppe as your guide, you’re in for an incredible experience! Peppe was absolutely fantastic from beginning to end! He was professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and truly passionate about Mount Etna. It has been an incredible experience. Lory the guide was always super attentive and explained all the details of the volcano to us, as well as its connection to Catania, the culture, and even the gastronomy. It is very nice to see someone so in love with what she does and tells because she transmits that energy to those who listen to her!! 100% recommended

Stefano was an excellent guide, he has a wide knowledge about the history, geology and nature of Etna. I enjoyed that it was a small group of 8 people, all young, everybody was friendly. I must highlight Stefano’s photo skills as I travelled alone and still got to have pictures from my trip. Thank you for the experience, I fully recommend it!
